I'll hold my words until official word from congress appears. By the way, we hauled about 12k arties today towards Rochester, 20k towards Trafaglar. Our side of the deal is always upheld. Where's that food?
And how many blood diamonds did exactly pass?
hm? Thought so. Now lets wait for tonight.

I believe the Chief Arbiter said this was being deliberated. He was quite correct. In fact both arbiters are dealing with the issue and no further discussion is needed at the moment.

Indeed the Congress does seem to lack any kind of wisdom in its current incarnation.
I believe you Sir are missing the point - Corsairs who trade to the Hogosha do not do so waltzing through Junker Space - and seeing that Junker space is - loosely tied at best it would indeed be difficult for a Corsair to do this even if he made a point of doing so. Were we to see such trade taking place directly from Junker stations then I would concede the Congress has a case to make here, however it does not.
We are an Empire Sir, and we claim many entire systems, as such we rightfully claim sovereignty in those systems, your pilots enter those systems as our guests - Valued guests if indeed they abide by our laws, but nuisances if they do not. Be careful you do not overstep your reach here - for many years now we have expanded our trade links well beyond your collection of depots and ports, and while your trade would be missed, it would not be the dent in our armour that you seem to think it is.
We are not an enemy you wish to make - I would have expected that to be something that would be obvious to the council however it seems that the obvious needs to be stated.
Deliberate on this if you must - but you do not and will not dictate Corsair policy within our own borders.

Mr. Phil Murray,
Your empty threats against us mean absolutely nothing. The majority of our artifact shipments are carried by the Hogosha, and the majority of our incoming food shipments come from the Hogosha, Farmer's Alliance, and the Zoners. The leftovers that you haul for us mean very little.
You come through our space carrying the cargo of our enemies and use the excuse that the pitiful amounts of cargo that you carry for us should excuse your actions? I don't think so. So please, if you would prefer to work alongside our enemies then by all means do so. You will quickly find that Yanagi will have a lot more open windows to view the beautiful Sigma 13 system from. In case your small Junker brain can't comprehend that, it means we will tear it in half.
We do not take kindly to threats Mr. "Captain of the Innocence".

As you can see , myself alone do quite a bit of delivery of said food along with consumer goods. Many other Junkers do so as well. Seems to me that you are either blind or just simply do not wish to see. We uphold our end just as much. We are as valuable to you as you are to us and to be quite frank , I do not feel valued with these latest events.
As you should already know by now , we are commerciants of oportunity. We can be smuggling some software one moment , some blood diamonds the other , and your precious artifacts the next. If you wish to measure a stance due to the amount of what we smuggle and for who I can safelly say that we are just about neutral.
I must get this terminal checked , more transmissions were sent while I was sending mine... Respectfully , Elder Laowai , what happened did not happen in Corsair space. What my intel says is that it happened in Cambridge , 10k from a Molly base. Now , its been quite a few years since I've checked the charts , but last time I checked Cambridge was still a part of Bretonian territory.
Also Mr Vega , I am afraid that you are wrong. The Hogosha may deliver said Artifacts to Kusari , but it is us that do so everywhere else.
Actually, if this wasn't clear before, let me make it clear now. We tried to have realtions with Junkers but most of those failed because Junkers thought they can bring anything trough our space and thuse make us actually lose money while they profit of their trades. We have few deals with some junkers, there's no reason at all to name them, and they bring us daily quota of some materials. Others... They better bring food if they want to take artifacts and I'm not joking here. You need those arties as much as we need you to haul them off - a little. We have our suppliers from three sides now and can outmatch any shipment you can transport. Sad fact, since we're ready to fly all the way to other houses with bullseyes on our heads, just because you're too busy with blood diamonds.
Cambridge is Corsair space. How is that not clear?
//over.

Im afraid Sir, you do not seem to posess the capacity to listen. Otherwise you would have understood my previous transmission. Cambridge is our space Sir, the fact that we have yet to plant our flag on the soil of Planet Cambridge is academic. We go there as we wish, we do as we wish - we have on several occasions left vast tracts of Planet Cambridge in smouldering ruin.
However, as there is - a territorial disagreement there - between ourselves and the... current occupants, I will concede that it can be construed as an administrative grey area. As such, I would suggest you go around - misunderstandings are all too likely in these situations, and im sure you will appreciate that the costs you might undergo here to enact your... veiled threats against our ecomomy are barely worth your while. Our reach is vast, and as i said, extends beyond your ports and stations.

Elder Laowai,
I have read your transmissions. I fully agree with you that any captain transporting contraband through the Omegas deserves whatever fate befalls him. Cambridge is another matter open to some debate. It is sovereign Bretonian space. We operate a base in New London and operate with the approval of the Bretonian government, as well as allow certain other parties to land at Trafalgar when the Brets aren't looking. As I see it, Bretonia should be neutral ground between our factions. I will be addressing the issue of offensive behavior in the Omegas. However, our captains do operate with independence, but I fully concede that the Omegas are not ours.
All of this will require further discussion. Perhaps we can even arrange a meeting. I will need to speak further with the Chief Arbiter. Clears skies to you.
Gents, Elder... If I may... Where do you think he intercepted them if they fled to molly base in Cambridge?
I think the answer is Omega3. So enough grasping for straws here.
Hola Senors of the Junker Congress. I am Sparta. One of you referred to us as bastards. Well let me put something straight for you. I am Sparta De Marcos. Son of Gentle the Pirate and Esmerelda De Marcos. I am the son of a Pirate and Whore.
*Drums fingers on his desk and then leans back into his chair*
I have been monitoring this situation. I am now prepared to make you a deal.
Remove the bounty on my pilot and ill let you all live.
Failure and ill hunt every rat infested hessian loving piece of filthy pond scum to the ends of sirius. Junkers..... your trying my patience.
I have a little more patience than my father. But not much.
And with regards to me being a bastard. No I know my father well. As for you lot im not surprised you know your parentage. Marrying your cousins and such isnt good for the gene pool amigos.
