Konichiwa friends. This is a Sirius Wide transmission for all interested pilots as well as any stationary object with at least one gun. The target's name is Oh I guess. I know there are at least two people with the name Shizzle but this bounty applies only to Oh.Shizzle. Recently seen in Kusari, this person has got to be the most annoying piece of trash I have ever seen. He flies an Arrow light fighter and is armed with a CD. That's it. He goes around disrupting people and acting innocent, even more, because of him we lost one of our brothers. The Urlas will not stand for this nonsense.

I hardly know if this is a lawful or unlawful bounty, but I am pretty sure he has dissed off enough people for it not to matter. If you got a gun and need money, slap a registration transmission here and go smack the guy.
