I don't know about not building Empires... The Buccaneers are rapidly carving out a place in the Bretonian underworld. We're currently going through diplomacy with the OPG to get sole pirating rights to Leeds and we've expanded across the entire House. Expect to see our ships in Leeds, Cambridge and Manchester alot .
