As you may already know, the construction of the Consortium Research Facility (A modified model of the Zephyr) has already undergone construction in Singapore, pending it's completion, we would like to humbly request the excelling engineers of the Order to upgrade the armor of our new research facility. We will of course pay the engineers generously for the armor as well as supply you with the necessary materials. The facility represents one of the most important assets of the Consortium and it may encounter extreme dangers, thusly we are looking for armor exceeding any standard armor upgrades. Should you facilitate us with the armor, we will gain a larger appreciation of the Order and for it's engineering as the facility will have the best protection. To prevent such technology from becoming subject to salvaged acquisition, the facility posesses an auto-destruct function if a necessary situation arises; however, that should never be used as the ship will always be protected by the consortium as a priority, nor will it stray too far from our home. Admiral Seith,

We, the Zoners Trading Consortium, would like to inform you that the materials required for our project with The Order have been successfully transported and production may pick up at full pace. Assuming the armor plates will be ready soon, we would like to move our facility to your shipyard to begin attaching and locking the armor onto the hull. To respect your territory, we would like to humbly request your presence while moving the facility into your core space. The facility will have no weapons equipped, however a basic shield will be in place until the armor plating is applied. We will outfit the facility with weapons from our reserve later. To move our facility accross sirius, the ZTC will contact the other Zoner factions to assist in escort. We would like to have them at least escort us to the doorstep your space, where The Order can take over the escort duties. I will leave the logistics of The Order's involvement in your capable hands, please take your time though, as you may already have a busy agenda.
