for a small transport its ok...but rheinland already has behemoth.
For any other kind of ship it lacks details. Namely it doesn't look like battlecruiser. Model simply looks too small for that.
I would propose it to be freighter for ALG. In that case cockpit could do with slight change. Apply dirty rheinland skin along with some black and yellow stripes and it would be very nice ship for growing ALG corporation.
From technical standpoint model looks good. However i cant say much without opening it my self and see how trimmings are done and how much polys it has.

Indeed. For a battlecruiser it is too small and looks not aggressive enough for me.

Hmm... I would really love to see one more ship in the line of ALG, problem is: how are the chances for another vessel to be implemented for ALG? I don't have any idea how the implementation process would be.

Currently it has 1940 vertices. I don't know if this is much, because I am not a professional modeller. The problem is: as soon as it comes to skinning or wrapping textures, I can actually stop. I have absolutely NO talent in doing this thing. Mainle because I lack good resource materials.

1940 isnt much, most fighters have more than that from what I hear. I think freelancer cap models can handle up to like 10,000... from what I recall.

Not my fighters <_<
800~ for the Greyhound and 600~ for the Cutlass.
The poly count doesn't matter so much as long as you have sufficent detail. But for a freighter, I'd imagine it to be somewhere around 3000 polys, that's roughly how many the Rhino has.
I will start adding details, as soon I have completed the engine section. I will go for a different approach then the round propulsions, Rheinland used to have. Daumann crap.:P
ALG engineers go for more cubic things:
As you can see, I added a Mover in the background to show my proposed size of this ship.
I agree with Doom in terms of sizing. The ALG Golem is basically cruiser size: it is a massive beast with engines to match.
This ship, if it is to be a medium-sized transport of sorts, should fit in the main body of the Golem, that is to say, the part that doesn't include the cargo pods. It will look tiny by comparison, but it is tiny, by comparison. When seen alongside other comparable ships though, say the Behemoth, Mammoth, Borderworlds Transport, etc., it should fit in.
I like it in terms of design. Add some more detail, pop on a bunch of guns, some heavy armour, call it some kind of true armoured transport, and it's good to go. Might see some of the Rheinland unlawfuls grabbing a few for themselves, just for... redistributing goods and cargo.
