Anyways, if you want to give it a shot, you're a far better modeller than I... and I dont mind doing the wireframes, I just dont know -how- to do them, so teech mee! =P
As far as the design i'm looking for... Basically include some kind of nomad power cell on the model of the turret itself, like a hybrid of human and nomad tech.
I dont mind the guns for the fighters now, mostly I'm looking at improving cap models (since we have just basic models right now), and I want to get the weapon projectiles and engine effects changed.
Oh, and I'd really like the cruiser turrets to be double-barrel, and the battleship turrets to be triple-barrel, if you can... somewhat like what you did with the BHG guns, or like cerberus cap turrets. Single barrels work fine for gb turrets though.
Remove the Limit on Nomad guns, Order guns are Diffcult to hit their opponents with. Deaths hand Has too much drain, Reapers cant hit jack.I say YES, to nomad cannons for the order

Doesnt have much to do with this thread, but I'll bite...
Nomad guns have the same projectile speed as reapers, so they're just as difficult to hit with.
It looks like a leopard attacked the gun from front view. Apart from that, looks good.:P

I don't like the textures you're using, it looks very under-detailed.
Honestly I don't see what's wrong with the current gun models the Order have and use, at least for fighters. Is it really necissary or do you just think it'll be cool?

I suppose they're ok for fighters... problem is they look just like vengeance and magma hammers. We've seen custom gun models put into the game before, just look at the new missile launchers and gallic guns... adding more variety is never a bad thing.
Anyways, mostly I want the capship turrets improved, and I want all of the order ships to use similar engine and weapon effects because right now, we look like the faction was mashed together from the technology of a dozen different factions - and while that may be the case RP-wise, all of our ships were developed by the same people, more or less.
So like I said, I like the current projectile effects for fighter guns (Deaths hands and reapers), our capship turret models need to be improved since they're horribly plain right now, capship turrets need to fire blue projectiles just like the fighters do - instead of yellow projectiles - and the engine effects of all the capships need to be made similar, I'd prefer a blue tinted pulse engine personally.

Many things have been introduced to the mod , simply because they look good. Looking good is a reason all by itself , it attracts new players and inspires people.
Other then that , good idea , I like how things are looking for now. I'll be keeping my eye on this thread.
