You weren't using FAM or any other account manager? In that case you should just be able to import your current account (the characters are stored in your account's folder on the server) from the registry using the Scan button.
Incase I got this right, you need to find all of your current accounts and import them into DiscoLaunchpad.
I don't know if the following works, but it's worth a try
DiscoLaunchpad doesn't have a ''Scan for account'' option, so you first need an account manager, which has this option; let's say FAM.
In FAM, you let the program scan your registry for (new-)accounts, after you have done this, FAM should show all your current accounts in the list.
Now you export those to .ADF or .XML, whichever you like better and store them in a sub-folder, i.e. one in your documents folder.
Now you go into DiscoLaunchpad and go to ''Import accounts'', browse the sub-folder you stored the exported accounts and double click them - After that the accounts should be stored in DiscoLaunchpad.
The very first time you run Launchpad, you should get a message telling you there's a registry key found Launchpad doesn't recognize. It should also ask you right there if you wish to create an entry for it. Say yes, name it, and woila!
Also, as Alex suggested, you should be able to use the Scan button to read in the active account and make a Launchpad entry for that.
Edit:
Before creating a new account, make sure you save your existing account else it's gone forever.
