I'll keep it short, I'm working on a Bio and therefore I need to know more information about the Rheinland Liberty war.

When did it started, what year, what month and if you can what day?
I couldn't find stuff about this real quick on the search option, so I just made this instead.

I hope somebody can either give me a useful link or the information I need.
