my list of guys that I found enjoyable to encounter:

- Deviator (Oph) the Order vessel I had talks with for over half an hour, without a single shot being fired. instead, we both went our way after the talk.

- Sangraal (Asgarian) very good rp and sense of fairplay

- Montezuma`s Legate or cruiser

- Megiddo (Megiddo) good rp-er and sense of fairplay

- basically all the Keeper caps, for not rushing into battle but sometimes playing hide and seek and rp-ing. and when it comes down to a fight, there`s a 90% chance it becomes an epic fleet battle.

probably forgot a bunch...

basically all cap players who go thought the trouble of rp-ing their cap properly and show restraint in using their ship.
