[font=Impact]Phoenix Liberty Fleet Background



The Phoenix Fleet has been made from pilots that are in the Navy, but they didn't passed the exam to enter the Liberty Navy, so they were put into reserve, into a fleet with has protected the Liberty Space in the last few years. At first this project was secret, but now as the Rouge and Xeno population has been increasing the need of a special fleet to defend and also attack the enemy system was imperative. So the Liberty Government has commisioned a Division of the Liberty Navy which specializes in defense and can a supporting fleet for the Liberty Navy in the war against the Rheiland......

After a few months of recruiting and planning there was a problem that occured, the name, any division or special group has it's own special name, so they called the captain of the LNS-Resolute,and he said: we should name it the Phoenix Fleet, because it could mark a new chapter of history of the Liberty House, from our ancient Earth history, the Phoenix bird represents the rebirth and the immortality. The members of the special commision approved,and so it was settled, to be completed the Liberty word was added as a symbol that they represent the Liberty House.

Even before the creation of the special battle-group,very little people knew about it, the President of Liberty,the Joint Chief State and the admiral of the Liberty Navy.Recently a lot of rouge and outcast incursions have been made, even before of its creation the members of this fleet were always fighting to protect the Liberty solar systems.

Faction ID and IFF: All members of the Phoenix Liberty Fleet must have the Liberty Navy ID or Liberty Navy Guard ID, all IFF transmitters are set to display either a Liberty Navy ID or a Liberty Navy Guard ID.
Tag: [PLF]

All Phoenix Liberty Fleet members must have the following name configuration: [PLF]Rank.Firstname.Secondname.
For the members protection all members will have their own nickname, their real name is classified, only very high ranked people have access.

[font=Impact]Goals and Activities


-One of its primary objective is to defend the Liberty Space. By this it means that all planets,stations and trade lanes are to be under serious guard.
-We intend to stop any pirate activities in the Liberty Systems.
-The Phoenix Liberty Fleet will cooperate with the Liberty Navy,LSF and LPI forces in order to stop any enemy incursions.
-On each day regular patrols will be made in all Liberty teritory with the except of the Guards Systems, so we require cooperation from traders.
-Any other member of a faction which is not part of Liberty will be escorted outside of the Liberty Systems.
-Escorting traders to the Liberty Borders.
-Another activity is the participation to raids but only with the permission of the Liberty Navy High Command and the permission from the Liberty Government.
-Eradicating all hostiles in Liberty.


[font=Impact]Command Structure

SUPERIOR COMMAND

Commander: He is commander of this fleet, he has daily responsabilites like keeping Liberty safe and clean. He has full authority, his actions can only be overruled by the Phoenix Council.
He can operate on any ships which are built by Liberty.
Current Commander : Daniel.Tex (Forum name: Florin-Daniel)

Captain: It is a special rank awarded only to the most trustful members, which have lots of commanding experience, and diplomacy. He has even greater power than the usual officer, he is always giving orders to other members, but those orders can be overruled by the Commander.
Can operate on : Fighters,Bombers,Gunboats,Siege Cruiser and the Liberty Assault Cruiser but only with a special grant from the Commander.
Current Captains: Will.Clayton (Forum name: Cond0r)


Lieutenant: They are the backbone of our fleet. They are the regular officers of our fleet.
Can operate on: Fighters/Bombers. Can use Gunboats but only with special permission.
Current Lieutenants: Kazinsal,Wolfsbane,Gabriel.Gray(Forum name: traku)



Ensign: This is the first rank for an officer, a great step towards a great carrier.
Can operate on: Executioner/Guardian/Avenger

Cadet: is the first rank of the fleet, they have recently joined the fleet and are eager to start their job.
Can operate on: Executioner with the standard equipment


[font=Impact]-Usable Equipment-


-All Liberty Navy weaponry, all Armor Upgrades, all Mines, all Missiles, all Torpedoes, all Shields, Civilian "Debilitator"-series Pulse Cannons, Mini Razors and Supernova Antimatter Cannons.
-Codename Weaponry can be used by the rank of Captain or above.

All members can use the Transport to support themselves. All new recruits will receive funds from the Phoenix Liberty Fleet Bank to aquire a Executioner with standard equipment. For this you must use the next name configuration: [PLF]T-Firstname.Secondname. It must be accepted by the Phoenix Superior Command.

- You are to assist any allies or friendly groups if they are attacked
-Defend the Liberty Integrity
-Be respectful with the LN,LPI,LSF members, with your own comrades
-Use RP as much as possible
-Follow the Discovery Rules
-Use // OOC when you do not speak anything in-game, related to the action that is happening in the game.
-Use Private,Group Channel, Use System only as an emergency, if Liberty is under attacked or if a trader is under attack.
-All members must have S.K.Y.P.E. You can download it from here
-The ship restriction must be obeyed.

You might want to change your character names. They won't be wanting to approve a faction with a character named "Cond0r" in it. Secondly, this is rather out of the blue.

When I look at your goals I just wonder. Why not joining the [LN] in the end? They have the exact same goals. Having one more LN faction just seems redundant. I would like the hear the real explanation, not the RP one. If you see what I mean.

No seriously, it might be a good idea except for:

There are already many capships in liberty, adding a new faction would just add more to where there is already a lot. And there are too much factions already, there is the LN, the LSF, LPI, there is a SWAT LPI thingy, plus indie caps and indie lolcaps. Maybe restricting the use of GB and up could help.

Also, related to the above, why Liberty? Why not Kusari for example, they need more people there or even Bretonia needs some, Liberty is already too overpopulated.

and that would be all, apart form that I ve seen some of you guys out there and you seem to have the idea of RP, so I think that wouldnt be a problem

Great! A cap faction! I was just thinking we needed a few more to boost our ranks. Just yesterday when we were fighting an Order gunboat we could only get two LABC's into the air to fight him off. I was like 'WTF?!?! WHERE IS OUR CAP SUPPORT?!?!'. Well, now with you guys in your own faction I'm going to guess you'll be more coordinated and organised and we'll be able to mount a proper defense.

Cynicism aside, you're going to want more background and a clearer set of goals, prefferably one not already dominated by the LN/LPI/LSF. You'll also be wanting to spend some more time with the official factions of Liberty, learn how things work around there, as I'm not sure you know too much about it from your introduction. You might try taking on the role of the Liberty Cutter Service, they disappeared a while back, but a few of the members are still around.

After re-reading it, I think you have potential to create a decent faction, but you're rushing things. Especially in a place where more people aren't needed. And as Sindy said, some of your members are a little less... bright.

Oh, and... If you didn't pass the entrance exams, why the hell would you have access to Dreads and other big, mean ships? >.>

Yeah. We all know people who lack intelligence never get anymore.

On a more serious note, so far, all I see in your little group are the Navy/LSF/LPI Rejects who wanted to go around lolwutting and killing people with hardly any RP. If anything, I can see you guys quickly becoming some kind of "Rebellion."

But, until you guys clean up your grammar, your act and your RP, you're not gonna be taken seriously. Infact, if I see anyone with your tag, I'll go out of my way to find you, RP with you just enough, and kill you on my Pirate.

We already have the [LN], =LSF=, LPI, USI, LR, XA-, [HF], LH, and a few others in Lib. Like escrisma said, you should try Kusari. I think they have alot of potential because they control the taus and have alot of enemys.

If you really wanted to be a liberty faction. Id make them...special like a special forces team or something I dunno.
