Its never too much work.

I swear on the ashes of Freeport-7 that I will not stop until I and/or other modelers have managed to replace every stinking homeworld ship in the mod.

Ok, so theres two modified versions here, the second tries to move the cockpit 50% of the way up the body to break up the 'racing' feel for good.

*Optometrists voice* "Which one is better, one or two?"

An idea did strike me, if we pursue option two then I can take the original concept and make it a 'KS' (*insert new corporation name*) sponsored racing ship.

Yus, more asymmetrical ships please. I like it, though your textures are stretched... but you did say it was a rough draft.

damn it man, both look alright, HF and LF right there?:P

i'm kinda for the first option, but i'd be interested to see what the engine looks like, and how it's placed in regards to the rear of the cockpit

Oh the textures? only thing thats even close to final there is the colors.... I have to go back and spend a great deal of time on mapping.

Ill do some engines (well *an* engine in this case as its an LF) tomorrow, Im exhausted, its 2:05 AM here, and I need to sleep at least a bit.

I'm leaning more towards #2 the more I look at it, even if it involves a bit more 'clean-up' work....

It definitely has mining inspirations among other things.

Dorsal/Frontal Textures are almost in their final clean state (still a ways to go though);

I purposefully chose the utility ships mat(s) and I do have my heart mostly set on them.
(And just think, no appreciable addition to mod size. We can even save some space by removing the old HW ship mats)

I like the current colors too but I am open to persuasion to change them if anyone has another idea. :)
