Here is the "State of the Combined Fleet" report:

1. Virginia is ours! (ooc: officially once funds deducted)
2. Omicron-Theta off-limits to SA combat vessels (ooc: not in accord but it is nieghborly)
3. Coffers full until funds deducted
4. edited (ooc: I completly had brain freeze on this , thanks Dab, disregard Guard tag, keep Navy)
5. (ooc: New York is Holy Ground and neutral. In essence, a free system and we have no influence there)
6. (ooc: Holy edict, HAVE FUN!)
7. Conduct yourselves as NAVY by being courteous and helpfull, but not to a fault.
8. SA does not make WAR on traders, however, any found carrying contraband and does not remove make them one with the VOID.

Have approached a General Contractor on renovating and improving our HQ. Here are the specs;

Average system - 400 mil (Will include 3 bases [including the BS and station] with more complete patrols, NPCs for bar on those stations, and news. Nebulas or asteroids.)

Good system - 700mil (Will include 4 bases [including the BS and station] with more complete patrols, NPCs for bar on those stations, news, and new rumors and commodities. Nebulas and/or asteroids)

Best I can make it - 1 bil (Will include 3 bases and a shipyard [Including the station and BS] that sells 3 of Liberty's capships. [Your choice, Lib Dread, Carrier, Frigate, Cruiser, Gunboat] More complete patrols, NPCs for bar on those stations, new rumors, commodities, nebulas and/or asteroids. One of the bases will be a fall-back base that has more and better weapon platforms to defend the area. Planet. [Undockable, Igiss won't allow dockable ones] Options about bases being along the Y-axis [up and down] as well as the normal X and Z axis. Options about sun changes, and/or sun additions)

Consider all points and forward your positions on improvements.
