The old diamond-niobium run... Brings a tear to the eye. That was sack-loads before everyone jumped on it. Then I used to race Kuraine from somewhere up north to Liberty trying different routes. Sackloads more....
Those were the good old days :ylove:
Now I just plod around doing whichever run I fancy that looks interesting. Something around the $20-$25 million per hour for a 4k cargo ship.
And for those who were wondering, I think he won all the races. Maybe there was one....but I think not sadly.
Taken me my entire time here to make the 1.75 billion credits I have (about a year now I think). Dunno how you guys are getting so much so fast. Although with the pilgrim liner I should be able to get some more when there is nobody interested with RPing with a researcher.
Anyone here in .83, that little Harris bug dosen't count. You know which one I mean! :D
I hardly ever trade, as it's boring and the largest ship I have is my Buccaneer Percheron. All newbies note this, RPing in fighters and transports is way more fun than getting a battleship and finding out its dead meat to any pair of half-decent bomber pilots.

I personally reach the 20 mil. in 40 minutes what is about 0,5 mio. per minute.
I use an 5 k Adv. Train.
But i am trading only 1 or max. 2 hours a day. Becomes boring when doing it too long.
I compared mining vs. trading and came to my result that trading is more effecient when you compare it with a 5 k Trader. When you compare mining with a 3 k Trader, mining is more effective.
I've used Gran Canaria as Mining location.
But back to the topic:
My Favorite is the adv. train because good handling in docking sequences and the nearly unbreakable Cruise Speed.
I personally dislike Trading ships that can be stopped by npc's because the time loss means loss in profit.
If you want to see the fastest trading ever done, go speak to violette, she got an entire fleet, including a cap 6 liberty carrier and various cruisers plus 500 mil spare in just about a couple of weeks, so reaven, sadly you dont win.
As for me, the most trading i have ever done was when i was making 100 mil a day in my zoner whale (yes cardi-slaves, i admit it) for my battleship.
That was boring in the extreme though, and i can understand people not wanting to trade at all, there is one remedy to that though; Join a trading corporation (preferably Bowex)!
Ive made about 400 mil in a couple of weeks and it feels like i did no actual trading, and thats why i sold my zoner whale, because indy trading is quite frankly, crap, in comparisson with corp trading.
