Cordova,
I assure you, the matter will be looked into. Should you encounter this vessel again however, feel free to alert the planet's main guns. You know, the big exploding nuclear things. I won't risk that sack of foreign bolts to transmit Malta's location to whoever it may be transmitting to. Rather blow it to bits.
Fun, FUN he says? I'll show him some damned fun. Like, boot up the backside whilst your teeth are being pulled out by a tiger's claw-fun. Next time, blow his face off. Blow his crew's face off. Blow his mother's face off. Seriously, blow it's face off! We got the resources to rebuild the ships if we have to, and eliminating them from the gene-pool and reproduction cycle is beneficial to us all.
Fun, Pfft.

Greetings Captain,
Thank you for the report on this waste of Outcast DNA. I will completely agree with Admiral Dejesus on the statement "If he is seen in Outcast space, blow his damn face off!!"
This fool should not be allowed to reproduce, let alone captain a ship. Fun he says.. He'll think fun when I tow his wrecked ship to the Iota system & let the Spirit Guardians have their way with him, now THAT is fun. I have personally met with this deviant & he seems to be willing to mend his poor judgment for the moment. However, should he get out of line again, you have my permission to put new vent holes in his hull.
Keep up the good work Captain D'Ortona, you are an asset to the Outcast Nation.

Apologize for the lengthy delay in a response. Seems Ammiraglio Santiago Barilla has departed on some unknown mission & can not be contacted. I have assumed some of the duties of the CIC office for the Council of Dons until Barilla returns.
As for the Sarissa class battleship called the "Cassus Belli", Your report showed it to be in a very damaged state. We have dispatched a engineering crew to remove any classified components that still may be of use on the ship. The hull we shall leave with you to do with as you see fit. The Council has agreed to this action & thanks you for your service & patience in this matter. If we can ever be of service to you, just ask.
Respectfully,
Vice Admiral Diablo

Greetings...
It seems that the last few days were quite...interesting to say the least...
First of all there was this little matter with the infamous RA vessel in our space. The [RA]LM battleship, known for opening fire on friendlies had launched from Malta, first reaction was to make him leave, but after he started babbling something about forums and A.D.M.I.N. entities, we decided, that the captain was delusional and we disabled the ship not to put the other vessels around us in danger.
A few hours later, upon launching from Valetta, I was suddenly confronted by an armored transport freelancer and his outcast friend in a shiney new falcata...
It seems, that, feeling the might and glory of an Outcast they wished to somehow pick a fight....
My recorder did not catch the beginning of the conversation, but still:
The debris were salvaged, the surviving personnel delivered to Valetta.
Apart from that, there was some odd Rheinland transport carrying Artifacts, but it was disabled by the patrols and the cargo was delivered back to it's rightful destination.

Entering from Om-80, you are met by a minefield-maze surrounding the lorraine jumphole. Navigating through this is extremely hazardous and all care should be taken.
Once inside Lorraine, there is another mine-field maze, more tricky to navigate than the last.
As you can see from this overview, there are several hostile bases in Lorraine.
Passing closer to these bases gained little intel.
But it did attract the attention of a patrol, whereupon I was able to gain useful information about their ships and weaponry. I shall not duplicate the efforts of others, however I was able to gain information about their Lynx Ship and both weapons of the Demi-Culverin Line.
I declined to engage the patrol, and have continued my journey through Gallic space. I anticipate transmitting more very shortly. I hope that these images meet your requirements. Please pass renumeration to: MM~Nyn.Ures.Adenn.

Got reports of an IMG Battlecruiser hassling our people in Tau 37. I took the Dies Irae from it's mooring point at Valetta and got to work. The pathetic miner capital ship felled before the slaughter of our guns. It won't trouble us for some time.
Tim Finnegan 'ere.
An' I've some questions fer ye lot.
Now, as ye know, we all go way back, so far so that Me n me ship been on the Don's List fer some time now, and as a 'Friend of Malta' I ask ye this...
Whaddya know about some good-fer-nuthin' lil' rats flyin about in yer hardware, sportin Outcast colors but flyin' the COH flag?
Two of these buggers were toolin' about in California about th' same time I was passin' through, bringin ye a load of workers. Suddenly I gets a Junker distress call from nearby so I turn me Wake about n' head fer th' trouble. An' there's these two puke-rats callin themselves Outcasts, piratin' a Junker with Cardy on board.
Well, me fadda raised no fools, so I bloody well opened fire on them, whereupon they bolted like a pair of rabbits, screaming vengeance pon me name, and invoking the 'wrath of the outcasts'
*turns his head* Murph! what were those pilots bloody names?
Ah, yes, COH-Nyarna and COH-Scream was thier names.
Now. I want em. I want em ter sit in me hold fer some time learnin' why NOT ter pirate Junkers, then I'll deliver em to ye should you desire more fieldworkers, albeit crippled ones.
Im callin' ye ter ask yer honored permission to deal with these rats as I see fit, withou' rufflin yer feathers.
An' if ye see fit ter deal wi' them yer own way, I'd like ter at least let it be known to them that Tim Finnegan brooks no pirate what fires 'pon Junkers. Even legit ones.
I await yer response, in the meantime, they live.
-Finn
Postscript, I'll be sendin a duplicate message to the SOB for thier permission as well.
After several hours of translating your message, we found out what you were actually on about.
Should a ship flying the Outcast colours disturb you, the supplier, on your way to and from Malta, feel free to deal with them as you see fit. We on the other hand, won't. These nukes in my backya- secret facility aren't meant to blow idiots to tiny bits, no no. They actually serve our Military. Not police force.
Good luck to you.
