Some time ago, as you won the election, I believe there was some talk of a ceasefire, neutrality agreement, etc.? If so, I do believe that it would be vital to pursue these ends; such peace would be widely accepted by the people of Kusari.

However, if my information is incorrect, I apologize one thousand times.
