Any Junker member engaged in Cardamine smuggling or slave trafficking, or found abetting or harbouring Cardamine smugglers and slave traffickers will be regarded as an enemy of the revolution and will be promptly destroyed. We have been collecting evidence for a while now and have concluded that this is not some renegade section of Junkers but is a widely accepted practice, as a Junker Congress official even admitted just outside of Beaumont Base, as one such smuggler was granted a safe haven while under pursuit by our forces.
Do not take these words lightly. Your policy of spreading deadly drugs and kidnapping and selling poor, downtrodden people is reprehensible and contrary to basic humanity. If you choose to continue down this path, then you have no part in the future of Liberty.

Well my friend, you have been misinformed. The Junker Congress is a freedom movement designed to protect the interests of Junkers. We are interested in freedom, not slavery. Junker bases are free ports of trade and we don't interfere with private business, we never have. I believe that's what the Congressman told you at Beaumont. Now, if someone is operating a criminal enterprise under my roof or bringing trouble to my door, I will take interest in that. Feel free to submit any report to that effect and it will be dealt with.
That being said, let me remind you that Junker bases are neutral. We will not tolerate violence within our space. If you have issues with some low life smugglers, you settle them in space, well away from our ports.

There's a fine line between neutrality and aiding and abetting, one that the Junkers have crossed many, many times. Your so-called neutrality means nothing to me while drugs and human beings are being trafficked through your installation. It doesn't mean a thing when your bases, such as Beaumont, clear for docking ships that are under pursuit by LRF forces, and then have the gall to threaten me and my people for doing what is just. That isn't neutrality, that's offering a safe haven, and that is grossly unacceptable. I don't care if you're a Junker, Zoner or alien.
If you associate yourself with criminals, be prepared to be treated as such.

Your failed attack on me and my wingman was the first taste of what is to come if you seriously don't reconsider your position.
If you for some reason did not read our material, then I'm not responsible for you not knowing that the Liberty government is our main enemy. Those found aiding them by transporting cargo, especially military equipment, will be stopped, ordered to empty their hold or be destroyed. I contacted the Congress specifically about slavers and drug runners because we felt it necessary to warn you, as a common courtesy. I see you have repaid that with an overwhelming, yet very unsuccessful attack on me and my associate.
As of now, all Junker Congress vessels are declared enemy of the revolution, and will be shot on sight.
