Im looking for a faction (pirate if possible) that offers just recruit like this:
-They pay for all equipment,ship,repairs,name change...

And when they pay...you work for reputation and join the faction!WHY COULDNT IT BE SIMPLE AS THAT!!!!

Well... {SOB} does pay for your Sabre ( or SWB / Falcatta) & it's standard guns ( Kraken2's & Wrymm2's ) a Adv. Shield. IF we have inferno's or SNAC's on the armory we also will provide them.
We also provide funds for name change & we will assist you doing missions to build your rep & earn funds for you armor
As far as repairs.. your on your own with that & extra equipment such as better thruster ( we do usually stock Enhanced Thrusters) Armor, shag carpet & fuzzy dice are the pilots responsibility to obtain.

Thats quite true. Most factions will give you starting credits for your character upon request.

Hey, here's what we'll do. You come to omegas, and seek to fight some scourges, and some guardians.
When you win against them we'll ship you up with a bomber, snac, great armor and shields, and a gunboat fully equipped.

you have to own some of the better pvp skilled players tho?
Why? because what's so special about you that you feel the need that you need to get anything handed to you without offering something in return?
If I want a cannon fodder, I'll sit in a combat ship myself.

It's not that I'm poor. It's that I think of setting up newer members as an investment. I'm careful about who I invest in. It's not only an investment of credits which I don't care about, but an investment of time which is something I don't have a lot of.
