I'm sending this message below in hope, that Corsair's brutal actions in Omega-3 will not stay unnoticed..
Today, 2.5 hours ago, I was on my usial trading route in Omega-3, carring Engine components fron New Berlin to New London. System's communications channel was in silence, like a dead man. Several independant traders was drifting in a trade lines side to side and everything seemed to be peacefull. I've freely continued my way to Freeport-1 area, but, suddenly, saw a group of diffirent ships just in front of it. Hereafter goes a photography of that action: guncam photo
As you can see here, on this photo, OPG ship was pursuing and shooting Bowex transoprt just in front of Freeport-1. Also, [DSS]-Atreus fiered his weapons too, but I failed to identefy if he was a pirate or another trader, because, after Bowex ship docked succesfully on Freeport, OPG opened fire from cruise disruptor on me, trying to stop me, but I've managed to enter trade lane to Cambrige JG before it was too late.
I hope, my message will not be tolerated, and you'll remind Corsair side to follow treaties.
Sincerely, Noe Gaffelt

Just to clear up, this is the captain of the Shetland Bramall speaking. I was carrying a cargo of materials for the war effort, but that is irrelevant. Grimly interdicted my ship partway between your own station and the IMG's Aland Shipyard. The Corsair was too slow to majorly impede me, but did exact heavy damage on my ship, severely rattling my crew.
The Corsair in question continued to fire upon me as I approached the Freeport, ignoring Mr. Gaffelt's cries to stop. By this point I'd already placed a distress call with the BAF. The [DSS] trader that is also visible was a BMM Shire that attempted to assist me.
I undocked some minutes later, having had my nanogear replaced by the Freeport's equipment vendor, only to be once again set upon by Grimly. By this point, I would have expected the Zoner gunners to have turned on the Corsair displaying such blatant disregard for their laws, but they seemed content to idly sit by. For a second time I was forced to dock.
Upon receiving the message that the BAF had arrived on the scene I undocked for a second time. Her Majesty's forces were asking the Corsair to leave. Not wanting to fight, the Armed Forces contingent entered formation with me and began to leave, but the Corsair immediately attacked me again. The Armed Forces gunboat and fighter leapt to my defence (the fact that I had been attacked by the Corsair first negating the Treaty of Bethlehem, I believe. They were acting to save the life of a Bretonian citizen) until I was forced to dock for the third time. After a short period I undocked for the final time, using the battle as a cover to escape.
Unfortunately, I have only my word, seeing as the Corsair heavily damaged my ship throughout this debacle, resulting in the loss of a great deal of data. I'm sure Mr. Gaffelt will be able to supply for evidence should it be needed. Until then I'll instruct my crew to trawl through surviving records to see if there is any salvageable material that can be supplied.

Here is the unfortunate circumstance Mr.Maloney,
You entered No-Fire Zone of the Freeport while being pursued by a hostile. According to Zoner Policies, you violate NFZ in doing so and cannot get guranteed defense from other Zoners.
We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

Fair enough. At least the Zoners are civil. However, I would like a copy of these laws that I could download to my ship's computer for future reference. Next time I'm being chased down by brutal murders, I want to know when my unarmed transport is violating their rights...
"3. Vessels fleeing into the NFZ are subject to the Space Rules imposed on all vessels by the Authorized Department of Movement and Interstellar Networking of Sirius (//ADMINS and Server Rules) and are considered as fleeing from combat and docking. The fleeing vessel must dock at the station or planet immediately, and remain docked for no less than 4 hours (//As per Server Rules 5.6 - 5.9)."
The 4 hour mark has been changed to 2 hours, but that doesn't make a difference in the big scheme of things.
Entering a No-Fire Zone while being pursued by a hostile puts the entire Freeport at risk. Freeports are not at this point safe havens for anybody but Zoners.
Also Mr.Maloney you will have to pardon my neutrality regarding this matter since I still remember how Bowex used to perform pirating operations with Kiretsu in the Taus. You know -- Kiretsu holds the gun while Bowex trade ships pick up the cargo. That sort of thing.
I would like to point out that Mr. Lightwing, having withdrawn from the CoZ along with the rest of the ZTC, does not have sufficient authority to dictate the terms of Freeport 1's NFZ. Sorry, you're either a delegate in the CoZ or you're not.
Furthermore the CoZ policy he referenced is in itself a violation of ADMIN policies (//3.4), and therefore should be ignored entirely. It never should have been passed. >>>>>>>>>>>static<<<<<<<<<<<<<
Please, feel free to use Freeport 1 as a safe port in the storm. That you were attacked within the NFZ's boundaries is a deficiency in Zoner hospitality and security, and I encourage you to yell and scream all you like at the other Zoner Guards.

Mr. Trogdor, thank you for that reminder.
I had indeed forgotten that the Council of Zoners in fact purchased the No-Fire Zone around Freeport 1 from BAF, effectively proclaiming that Omega-3 belongs to Bretonia.
Another error on behalf of the CoZ. One I intend to correct. I'm only waiting to see if Ms. Silvan attempts to do anything about this in the short future. If she does not, I will.
