OK, while having battleships on there is just silly, why wouldn't they be able to use their own cruisers? They have more business using the things than the Rogues, seeing as they actually have military engagements.

why is it such a problem? its saying if you are a molly you can use a BB. if it didnt say that, then anyone who did get a special request to get it would be yelled at by someone who read the id, but didnt see his special request. its fine the way it is

Because some of the Faction leaders asked that the Scylla was made SRP only

Molly in a scylla is a rare thing.
Rogue in a scylla lolraiding NY happens often.

But what is the point of the Scylla then? Mollys and Rogues should use it. Mollys are always forgotten in the pirate line.

They don't need a battleship, except by special request.

The mollys should have restrictions up to cruisers.
