To my most worthy opponants, yes while NovaPG is officially an ally, and yes it is true i am willing to group with the Helghast, it is sad to me that they are willing to prey on the simple trader folk. Hei. It has come to our attention that more and more traders are using planet Honshu as a base of operation thus attracting more pirate attention in that system and indeed all of Kusari space. The KNF is repelling on average 3 major attacks a day and other trading-friendly forces are repelling more still. We will continue our utmost efforts to dissuade pirate activity.

KNF High Command apologises for any inconvenience this matter is causing. It seems our government's sanction of Liberty ships in Kusari space raised more concern than was initially expected. The greatest resistance has been from individuals in the government itself and the imperial aristocracy (I won't name the honourable individuals as doubtless they would be unknown to you). This has caused our initial brief to change to impose some limitations to avoid worsening a delicate situation. The Kusari Naval Diplomatic Corps lead by Ambassador F. deLuna ((Harlequinn)) has expressed an interest in settling outstanding issues.

The Kusari Naval Forces High Command understands the plight of the traders who have been pirated. We apologize for this. But we are understaffed. Therefore, if we cannot successfully repulse this threat within the next five days, all non-Kusari forces will be banned from entering Kusari space, under penalty of being shot.

Needless to say, we severely hope that this does not become the case. But our loyalties lie with Kusari trading interests, and if the pirateable 'unaffiliated' are not there, Samura and Kishiro will be under significantly less pressure.

We are attempting to rectify the situation, and we apologize for the inconvenience.

The Hiryu crippled ((1 death)) today by three Dragon capital ships (2 Kusari Gunboats, 1 cruiser class - not fully identified). Same ones that have been attacking traders recently. Ship will be repaired and refitted for anti-capital ship role over the next few days.

Moments prior to the Hiryu's ill fate, bounty for these <strike> Red </strike> Blood Dragon ships was set with Will Reavers @ 2 million per kill. Not open to other bounty hunters. ((screenshot proof required))
