Do the Pilots ever drop off the Wild? I've yet to get one.

Well, it seems we finally have a "Freelancer" NPC faction. I just need to find them now... need to get their tag. Well, they can't be that hard to find. Only 100+ systems to look through...

They're running around in quite a few systems, but I believe Igiss said it's impossible to get their tag.

Speaking of, can the freelancers be put to 'always neutral'? I don't think shooting one freelancer would affect another.
