Well the facts were you thought he shot you, he said it was accidental. You fired on him because you got hurt. If his version is true, and it was accidental, he would have bee chasing because you shot him first. According to you, you had just exited TL before getting hit. He didn't have time to initiate dialog.
I did not base my decision of the fact that it happened or not, like you are. I trusted the SA enough to believe what they were saying happened. Unlike you seem to. I based it off the lack of facts to prove it was intentional or accidental. It was labeled inconclusive, as there was no way to find out the truth. One said yay, one said nay, without anything to give weight to one side, there can be no real decision but no decision at all.
You seem to be biased from that incident, and refuse to even believe the word of an AW that an incident happened. I find that funny, since we have NEVER lied about attacking, or being attacked. We lie, yes, but we don't lie about who we shoot, and who has shot us.

He did shoot me and not just once. In his own words he said he shot me while in TL. Curious, he came out of the TL from other planet and I am entering TL to Ny JG, but he is able to fire "1 shot" at TL and knock it out and then "1-2 missiles" accidentally hit me, interesting. Never said any such in any of these discussions.

Of course you cannot say such for I have evidence of the event. Your associate has yet to identify the supposed attackers and provide evidence.

I am only asking for evidence of a crime. Why do you not provide it? I provided video, audio, and a deposition, all I ask is the same.
wow, all this over an RP report that i made several days AFTER the incident. I did not make note of names because i did not care enough to even think about it. There is no proof and there never will be for things like this, i just don't care enough to try and make proof. not to mention since it was an RP post it had some exagerations. for one, they only pursued after a trip to britonia and even then it was only for a few seconds, they went on to California after about a minute or less to chase a ship by the name of roge or something. the only thing that caught me off guard when this happened was that they actually flew to Mactan base to fined me.
I never even saw the SF ship just the name in my proximity sensors and even then all i saw was the SF tag, as for the SA member, all i remember is that it was a Liberty Cruiser, only looked once before i hit the cruise. and to be honest, they were asking for the half dozen liberty admirals in my hold along with the 3 dozen pilots and cruiser commanders, its not like they were asking for something like cardamine, it was liberty pilots from when i was still a free lance running around killing every BS in site.
In my opinion there was no offence done, they did the right thing ordering the release of those pilots and i did the natural thing, keep the money.
I hope this answerd some questions, and prevented some further altercations.

This proves that some faction leaders are so quick with the weapons and slow with the words. We were in the brink of war because of what?
An unconfirmed and exaggerated report, and the egos of some faction leaders and high officers?
Had I not forced the conference, the four factions would now be at full war.
The issue of the 'supposed' invasion of Vespucci is now solved too. The officer that made that action was punished, and things are again as they were before that.
The SA and SF are once again neutral on our map, if Dab agrees. All AW ships can return to normal operations. Situation is now solved.
We will still keep some ships in Vespucci to help the HF while they rebuild the mess.
Unless there are other topics to discuss, I shall take my Shuttle back to Freeport 9. There are lots of paperwork (We no longer use paper, but the expresion still remains) to do...
And let's hope that this incident server as a reminder of what happens when the chain of command is not respected. And also, to show that ALL the evidence should be considered before making desitions of such calibre, and egos put aside in the process.
