Ok, after a while screwing around, I used the Liberty Dread texture on it, producing... well, I personally don't think it's great, but hopefully it's better than the one you all hated. If it's not, I still have the original around.

I hope Yue doesn't mind me retexturing his model like this...:(

two things.

can you post renders of it in whatever program you used to texture it.
can you recolor the liberty star to blue? from the screenshots you provided it seems rather bland, and could do with a recolor (you can achieve the result via UTF editor as well)

It really doesnt strike me much of a carrier. Carriers should be huge cumbersome bases for fighters, not slim heavily armed dreadbased ships.

Huh? Why would we want the star Green?

Also, I textured it in MS3d, but the blue never seemed to come through in game... Do I need to screw around with it in UTF edit?

yeah. you need to do just a couple things in utf editor and you can get it as blue as you want. (im not home at the moment though, so cant explain it to ya if you dunno how to do it >.< )
