The OCs have a great interest in Gallia. New grounds to pirate, new grounds to distribute Cardimine, however, they have declared all of it hostile. Pirate whatever you want to your heart's content!

Of course, you'll have to find people crazy enough to go there.

RP wise an outcast wouldent get into gallia. Both entrys are heavily guarded and everyone in gallia would be hostile to you. Even the junkers wouldent help you for fear of aggravating both sides of the current civil war.

Mm... I must disagree. The Council have swung open a door for all to partake in. By that, I of course mean a giant pathway in a minefield with a station outside called Reunion. Seems rather cozy if you ask me. Just don't pirate any Council people and you'd be fine methinks.

It's like going LA via Omaha. Or rather, Germany via Switzerland.

Though outcasts would not be seen in Gallia often due to the heavy security guarding the entrances, they do want to get in.

If you really wanted to be an outcast in Gallia, you could think of some RP like being a highly trained Outcast that managed to sneak in.

However, keep in mind, you wouldn't be pirating. At all. No no no, that's a task for simple minded cardimine addicts. An outcast that managed to sneak into Gallia would be busy distributing cardimine and buying the trust of the unlawful groups. He or she wouldn't be doing simple pirate tasks.
