If there was an HF faction, the Shipyard would be aligned with it. By shooting the shipyard you shot an HF station, same as it would be attacking an AW shipyard if you attacked Newport Shipyards. HF OWNS/CONTROLS/HAS ULTIMATE DECISIONS WITHIN Vespucci. You go in and shoot something, thats a crime against the HF, not some pirate NPCs.
Number 3 at the bottom is invalid. First, it would conflict with number two, and secondly, the system is an HF-owned system. Not simply where they 'hang out.' The Lane Hackers are also their affiliation. Attacking an LH is much the same as if you attacked and HF.)
