Capital Cities on Capital Planets

Well as the Topic Title states. There must be capital Cities on a planet, so there also must be a Capital City on a Capital Planet. I'd like to know if someone already wrote a nice story involving this, so I could kinda take the same name and use it for the story I'm writing at the moment.

Or if there arent, are they just New York, Berlin, Tokyo and London? Or should we think about something like that?

I know Crete's capital is Herkralion, or however it's spelt. Not sure about NL, NT, NB or NY though.

You know what I think would be good, take this idea of capital cities and make that the defacto dock of that planet. Make second dock on another part of the planet to signify a different part of that planet (the Council/Brigand example comes to mind) and depending on the RP of that planet maybe some will have diametricaly opposed forces on a planet but with careful consideration of which ones to avoid too much overbalance on one side over the other.

Well now, seeing as though all of these places are states/cities or whatever, why not just have the capital city name of that state/best suburb/whatever as the capital. Microsoft has already stolen the place names why don't we steal some as well.
