Confirming on behalf of Captain Patterson that, due to an increased workload on behalf of the Liberty Naval Officials and their part in the war with Rheinland, we have outsourced the general workings of the Capital Registry to the Liberty Army, whose interests tend to be a little closer to home. Yes, Indeed, that is what I meant, I helped with some resources to speed up it's construction. It's my fault for not stating that clearly enough, and I apologize for missunderstanding.

I was pretty anxious for getting the Command position for such a fine vessel, so minor mistake managed to slip throught.
Ship have been transfered to my command with all the paperwork needed, and I assure you everything has been in order as it should be.

i had helped build the forts framework when they were laying her down i needed something for enginerring 101 at the academy support brace 3057 -3410 my bridge and command decking took me oh 3 months ,but weve drifted,when the layout to show all ships clearly is done it will be added to the list
