I do not believe we can call SiN|Tech's bluff on this one, as they are very accomplised at what they do. Besides, we cannot risk them being able to wipe us out. It is beneficial to us. To retreat from superior firepower is the logical thing to do, even if we dont know their exact capebilities.
Also, i seem to remember you placing an order for some arms from SiN|Tech. If you ask me, we really dont need SiN|Tech as an enemy, we have bigger fish to fry, and more important ones too. Hostilities with them would be a waste of resorces.

Alternatively, we could engage in an all out strike on planet Cambridge, rallying our allies around their banner and decimating the planet the old fashioned way, with battlerazors straight onto wherever they hide.

consider this: If we risk this war, we must be the attackers. We can not defend. We must risk everything in destroying Cambridge completely.

If you will allow, i will prepare a hybrid pathogen of human virus' for injection via capsules hidden in my energy weapons.

It would be a crude pathogen, and it will take aproximately 4 days to complete full integration and testing, provided no hiccups are encountered. I intend to cross breed the *censored* virus with elements of the Yersinia pestis bacterium (Bubonic plague) and the Bacillus anthracis (anthrax). All delivered by a modified Giardia protazoan. Due to the carrier being a protazoan, no smell can be detected, making this a silent killer.

If allowed to proceed with this project, I hope to achieve the bacterium hybrid producing the virus' inside the body after the protazoan has delievered them. The bacterium should be as critical as the AIDs virus before its cure some time ago. Humans took a very long time to cure that virus, and hopefully these synthesised virus' should act the same way, but alot faster.

Symptoms to be expected among humans are:

Kidney failure
Sudden death during sleep
Nervous system disintegration
Loss of vision and feeling

This last one is particularly useful, as it cuts of peoples minds from their body. They look dead from the outside, and suffer from extreme anxiety before dying from either of the other three symptoms described or lack of water.

Virus' produced in a contaminated body should diffuse into the lungs and, when exhaled, can be spread in the water vapour from that person's breath. The
