Now, I know there are a lot of lolcaps in rhienland and other places. This does not give you permission to go around stereotyping indi caps. Indies are uncontrollable, not much anyone can do. This is why there are official factions in place.

You're right. Fairplay is a rare commodity around here. However, that still doesn't mean that we can exercise it. Have you ever flown a fighter? People are much more sympathetic towards them than capital ships.
When flying under a faction tag, it is usually the case that you are expected to be responsible. If you're giving your faction a bad name - then you can be expected to be punished for it.

Baised against or toward what? Well, you can talk to me about capships. I have 4 at the moment, I've had about 9 in total if you include the ones I've sold. I mean battleships by that - 9 battleships. I don't really bother with cruisers anymore. I can tell you that most faction leaders are not baised.

As I mentioned above, one person's actions can influence everyone else. For example: One official faction may have left a bad mark on you, and so you automatically assume that all official factions are bad. Have you ever joined one? I doubt you ever will. If an admiral yelled OMGZORS DONT SHOOT!, then you can pretty much report him for OORP, then you could complain about an admiral saying OMGZORS. After all, I don't get what OMGZORS is, and I don't think it's within RP. Anyway, you yourself are stereotyping official factions, so don't start with stereotyping. If an admiral tells you not to shoot, it's a request. As a leader of an official faction, even if an indy told me not to shoot - I wouldn't shoot. So if this entire thing is going to be about stereotyping - I suggest we change the subject.
On the mark of capital ships - I don't believe any faction around here is strongly against Capships. Yes, we'll gank them - but you shouldn't hang around unprotected anyway.
