Gallia, of course.

They can take down easily Bretonia and Kusari. Hispanians, Lolberty and Rheinland are a bit far from them at the moment.

Gallia, but as it isnt mentioned there i would go for Kusari, they were able to take big parts of Bretonia without big loses.
And for Gallia, i would think they are able to take out 2 Houses and win.

He is asking you to step back from the game as a player and view the Houses and such from an outside view point.

Wow - someone else that gets it.

In lore, Liberty currently has the strongest military force in Sirius when not counting Gallia. Gallia is about a house and a half. Able to beat one house and then give another a run for its money in a straight-up brawl. Of course, war isn't a straight-up brawl.

Hum. Liberty is, technically. In the Campaign it's said that the Liberty dreadnought is the strongest, most technologically advanced battleship in Sirius. It stands to reason that the rest of their ships, if inferior in design by nature, are at least up to par or better than those of the other Houses. Not to mention having a strong enough bureaucracy and enough cash to pull anything off in the case that they need to show that they're the most powerful.

I'd say Gallia could maybe take on two Houses, but anything more and the civil war, along with insurgency, would castrate them.

-Edit- Gallia might be the, in fact, most technologically advanced, but the civil war diminishes their power significantly. Hence why I say nay to them.

Liberty 1.35 : Rheinland 1.15 : Kusari 0.95 : Bretonia 0.80
Outcasts 0.80 : Corsairs 0.80 : Hessians 0.35 : Guild Core 0.55
House Gallia 2.15 : Council Alliance 0.65 : SCRA 0.45
Colonials 0.35 : Zoner Millitary Forces 0.65 : Order 0.40
The rest are below 0.20

This is my views on the current powers of groups within the sector, taking into account that on equal values, the fight is forced to a standstill.
Additionally, this is the total Navy power, not the applied naval power, and the fact that they can sacrifice total power for a short gain in applied power for a limited amount of time: i.e. Kusari's Blitz that got them into the Leeds system.
This also doesn't take into account terrain bonuses that each faction would get during a wartime.

On the applied powers:
Corsairs : Outcasts are both doing about 0.30 at eachother
Corsairs : Hessains have 0.25 at eachother
The rest is done at the Bretonians, and Rhienlanders
The Rheinland : Liberty war is currently at about 0.50 with neither putting much effort into the war.

Bretonia is focusing pretty much all of their effort (0.70) at Kusari in order to hold Leeds. The rest is kept to attempting to keep the house in order.

Kusari still has the upper hand though, despite the Revolutionaries putting out about 0.25, they are stopped by the Quasi Lawfuls.

Other than the Corsairs, the Outcasts still have to loose some of their millitary power fighting the CR and IMG in the Taus, meaning only small amounts of forces reach other areas.

Other than Liberty, Rheinland still has to deal with their Revolutionary forces, which takes up about 0.20

Liberty, also has its fair share of criminals, taking a similar amount of 0.25.

The guild has most of its forces fighting against the order (0.40) with about 0.10 fighting the Hispanians.

The GRN is just building up forces, and not to mention that most of the Navy is probably located in the Gallic Core worlds, meaning it only has a smaller amount of its forces to attack the council with ( 0.70). This is still enough to keep the Council falling back however.

Essentially once a group is in the negatives, it is essentially loosing power, whilst at Zero, its either loosing very slowly, or fighting to a standstill, and in the positives, it means it is gaining ground, or not applying all forces.
The current remaining powers from my point of view are:
The large groups that are in the positive are: Liberty, Rheinland, Kusari, SCRA, Zoner millitary Forces, Colonials and House Gallia.
The large groups that are at Zero are: Outcasts, Corsairs, Hessians, Guild Core, Order And Bretonia.
The only current group in the Negative is the Council forces, although not by much.

So yeah, thats my views, probably missed a few groups, but, yeah.

' Wrote:ETA: and, if any one of the Houses was able to deploy its full fleet to Malta or Crete, it would squash the Hispanic House opposing it. Due to sheer weight of numbers, if nothing else - the Hispanic Houses are both rather less populated than the central ones, yes?

your clearly wrong.... sairs are breeding like rabbits on crystalmeth and Outcast is far more skilled in terms of true skill

' Wrote:Other way round.
Outcasts have the slightly advanced tech, and the Corsairs have the best pilots in Sirius.

WRONG....

Every rumor/infocard states clearly that outcast pilots is the most skilled; when their high.... when their not high their probably dieing or soooo badly detoxing that they can hardly do anything...

So, sair or oc biased... inRP sair ship is the best, oc pilots on cardi is the best....

just, accept it....

Combined outcasts have propably enough cardi to fill crete with cardi, which would result in sairs going from skilled to god-like wtfpwn mode..... meaning. Combined Hispania WILL kill any single house....

If you doubt it, make the devs change the story for OC/Sairs in 4.86/87 so were allied against a common enemy.... you'll quicly find that RP and Player vise any house will quickly die against a combined outcast and corsair military

Outcasts never get "high" on Cardamine, Dnicu.
They're so used to it that it has no effect on them...

Technically, according to the lore, Outcasts both have better ship building technology and better pilots, but they also suffer from a decreased fertility rate. So while they have the technological and skill advantage over the Corsairs, they are also fighting at a 1:2 number ratio to the Corsairs, which makes their advanced technology and skill just able to get them on an even level with them.

My dad can kick your dads behind!

Really, what is this poll about?

You cant meassure a single house on the forces they have.
Nor can you meassure by skill, their weapons, economic, their diplomatics or anything else.

All the factos mixed are making the house powerfull, not a single fact on its own.
