Sir, due to the brewing war between SA and AW, I am very concerned the conflict will spill over from Theta into our beloved Gamma. So I have taken the liberty of making a formal announcement on our behalf:
Basically AW/SA are prohibited from landing on any of our bases in Gamma (which they probably can't do anyway), and will be fired upon without warning if found within scanner range of our bases. If they even enter Gamma they will be escorted out immediately.
If you or the other Elders disagree with my decision (too lenient?), please accept my apologies, and issue a new Sirius-wide communique.
Well that was the quickest war in history.... apparently the SA fleet has stood down, although we're still waiting to hear whether AW has responded in kind.
For now I recommend we keep the gloves on, until the whole situation has settled completely.
My Apologies that i have been away recently. Ok Down to Bissnes, First of The Confilict between SirRed and the TBH. I will need every ones Oppinion (in the clan). Should we Put SirRed as a KoS. They both Montoya and SirRed Present a Good case but i will need the oppinion of others.

If the Battle dose come our way I.E AW is chaseing SA, we will Provide AW with the Assistance needed. Than Escorte them out of our system. Montoya im still discuseing those AW threats with Dab (still yet to find him on the comm chanils). If it was that short As Farquar Explains than im sure that it wont come around our way but just incase refer to this quote i made

After reading The Trans mission To AW from Farquar, i desied to change my Acuation.
We will help neyther clan. And ill Give u resions.
1. AW are Nutral to us.
2. All though SA are Hostile to us, we will not attack them unless compleatly Nessasary!! Also Liberaty was once the 3 elders home and we do not wish to kill our fourmer brothers. But we will if we have to!!!!

Dear Elders, allow me to report my action which took place yesterday.
I was on a patrol from Omicron Gamma to Sigma 13, which is actually a very famous route for smuglers smuggling Cardamine into Rheinland and I met a trader called Gevera, requesting a 2 mil. fee for safe passage which has been loudly refused. The trader started running and I followed him. He insulted me badly several times (read: by accusing me of cheating) so I forgot about the fee I first requested and wanted to see him dead. I hunted him through several systems and managed to damage his ship severely and we finally ended in Honshu where he camped at Akita Border station.
I was waiting there for a while to finish him when he takes off but I was unfortunatelly engaged by a KNF fighter Typhoon. I didn't have time to explain why I broke into Kusari and that I didn't want to break our mutual neutrality pact and had to defend myself. I was able to bring Typhoon's shield down several times but wasn't sure whether I should continue. Finally KND DeLuna appeared, assisting Typhoon and I chosed to run, knowing that diplomacy between our two factions could get worse. I was followed to Sigma 13 but then Typhoon disengaged and then I met brother Montoya.
I was a little angry that I was engaged by KNF earlier and persuaded Montoya to engage another KNF fighter (KNF Prometheo) in revenge. He was destroyed and we had to start negotiations with present KNF forces. After an hour I decided to apologize, explained my points and me and Montoya left Kusari Space.
On the way back to Theta we spotted the Trader Gevera and asked him for a fee 6 mil, which was higher due to his previous insults. I was prepaired to lower the fee if he started to negotiate it but his insults continued (read more cheating acusations, blabla) and so we destroyed him, showing no mercy.
We then practiced and tested our loadouts but soon long-range scanners showed a large group of Blood Dragons in New Tokyo and in order to placate TBH and KNF we offered our help in the conflict. Actually I think our presence in the battle was very important and influenced the victory of KNF greatly. We managed to take down 1 gunboat, assisted in the destruction of another one and then took down at least one fighter. We left the loot for KNF and hoped that our previous excess (destroying KNF Prometheo) is to be forgotten.
To be honest it was a very busy day, and I was so tired I nearly fell asleep on my way back home.

I will disuss this situation with the head of the KNF And hopefuly the KNF will stay out of our bissness. In a way we are trying to prevent the production of Cardamine in all houses. we launch many attacks on the smugglers and as a return the bloody House turn the backs on us and kill us i will sort this out u have my word.
