You may remember me, or more likely not, but once upon a time before some of the shiniest of shiny facilities were built in your fair system, I was beholden to the supreme head fellow of you outfit. In short I was asked to bring supplies to your bases, now then at that time, I ran at a loss in order to ensure your people were fed and clothed. This did not bother me as I will see no man go hungry if it can be avoided.
I would like to request a visa for the [IND]Courage.Under.Fire so that I may continue to aid your people in whichever way I can.

I am very pleased to hear that you welcome LTS with open arms.
By the sound of it, this 'Red Is Not Dead' Tour, with free indoctrination, will be a raging succes. Especially the Shoot the Facist and Molotov games will sit well with our clients. A win win situation for both parties. I will have my marketing department come up with the proper marketing communication to make this the succes it deserves to be.
Of course, there are some things that need sorting out. Like guards attacking us etc. But those are all minor details. As for the 10 million, that is no problem whatsoever. I always enjoy charity. Especially to such fine folk like yourself.
And of course, I will gladly help those poor, poor ever so tragic refugees to get re-established somewhere else.
I do have 1 small request. I hope you are willing to grand it. My experience is that passengers love stereotypes. So I'd like to ask that you have a orchestra ready at the spaceport the moment the Star Ocean arrives. It would make such a fabulous start of the tour when the passengers are welcomed by the impressive sounding marches you people are so very capable of playing.
Please expect the first LTS ship to arrive somewhere next week.

Comrade, I do indeed remember you. I am, however, suspicious of your motives in this matter, and will need you to clarify several things:
First, as a Senior Vice President of the Interspace NeuralNet Division, I can only assume that you have high contacts among the Fascist Libertonian Presidency. I trust that you are not currying favour with them by attempting to spy on us, possibly with the intent of removing the patriarch of your organization, the venerable Jay Simon?
Second, what is the nature of the supplies you are willing to transport? Are weapons and munitions your intended cargo, or food and supplies? Although either would be appreciated, I think you can guess which interests me the most. My superiors may be another matter, but I trust you shall agree that if you wish to posses a visa, you will come around to my point of view.
Third, and last. Due to the possible conflict of interest between you and the Temporarily Autonomous Zoners, will need to know the full combat power of the Courage Under Fire, including scanner, armour, weaponry, and number of crew. Should you find yourself in a situation of conflict with the TAZ, I imagine that you would be able to defeat such vessels as they crew. It may be that I shall require you to find yourself in such a conflict in the near future.
Do not discuss these terms with your colleagues, your friends, my friends, and anyone's enemies. I shall expect your answer swiftly.

How good to hear from you again, I'll skip straight to business,
No I have no intention of ousting Jay Simon, the old bastard's wedged in tighter than a nun's crack. Also spying for the Libertonian Government is as preposterous an idea as spying for any other House government. Simply not going to happen sir.
Secondly, I'd sooner bring food and medical supplies, my intentions are humanitarian. But I can assume the visa will only be provided if I agree to bringing both. So both it is.
Thirdly it's a bloody transport. I shan't be taking on gunboats any time soon let me tell you. It's got two forward firing pulses, three forward firing sluggers and a rear facing slugger, the Courage's strength lies in the monumentally thick armour plating she carries across her hide. Cost me near 900 million to have that done and it's saved my hide on more than a few occasions let me tell you. She can function as a support ship dishing out items to the other craft in a fight, but she's not going to be winning any fights on her own. She's almost totally automated, only requires me and Thomas, my engineer, and he's always in the engine room. Well if he knows what's good for him he is. Her scanning abilites are short for most purposes but able to penetrate most hulls at around 4000m

Very well Comrade, I think you're aware of the terms as well as I am. As for your ship, the TAZ are fold of flying these things known as "Whales", but I take your point. Should I require that favour from you, I shall ensure you have the appropriate support.
For the moment, carry on with your "humanitarian" missions. I shall inform you when I've the need for a little extra. Also, should you happen upon any refugees in your travels, be sure to bring them by, we shall always have need of new recruits.
