First, no quotes around the name, and second, if it could be 468x60 (widthxheight), and last, if it could have a background color that was different than the forums colors that would be fantastic and I would give you an internet peanut butter cookie.

got frustrated, can't remove background, its png...

If it's a .psd you turned into a .png, you can just open it in photoshop and deselect the white background layer. If not, just use some of those neat removal tools like the magical select (or something) tool. It selects all bits of the same colour and removes it. Would do wonders for your pic with all the white.

If that doesn't work, go manual and use the pentool. Awesomeness.
