I went kinda proper you could say.
Port(red) and Starboard(green) running lights, yellow midsection/length lights, white forward lights, and 1 strobe for spotting.
if you own a Stork(Advanced Train) and wanna know how to light it
go to a shipyard
go to ship seller
type /pimpship
type /showitems to see all your color and lighting choices
type /showsetup to see your current(default is all white)
below is each light in order as it is in the game
so type /setitem 01 55 if you want a slow XL red light
1 - front right intake
2 - rear center
3 - from left intake
4 - front right intake
5 - from left intake
6 - front top center
7 - right top, start of train cars
8 - left top, start of train cars
9 - front nose
10 - front nose
11 through 22 - unknown exact location, but all in center length
23 - bottom left rear
24 - bottom right rear
25 - top right rear
26 - top left rear
dont know if its 100% accurate, but hope it helps!

EDIT: Horrible picture, I know, but it's hard enough just to get both blue and red lights to show at the same time AND get a good shot.
EDIT2: I'm an idiot too, pic is already up in the first post.
Or something like that. Alternating them seems to work on the Eagle.
