Well of course it was Tacticly Important to send all the Fighters onto the Barghest's Tail, but we arent really playing Freelancer Six: Las Vegas:laugh:Actually I am such a horrible Pilot that one or two Fighters would have already been enough for me. I was dead so quickly that I didnt even see the [LN] LABC.

I'm sorry that you get a lot of negative Feedbacks recently. Frustrating? Nah, just a bit dissapointed. I do still know that this is a Game and a Game cannot be perfect.

My interaction with the navy has been... well, exceptional on the pvp side of things, though I wouldn't mind exchanging pleasantries with one of you lot once in a while.

Jameson isn't a robot you know. (Fnar fnar)

Keep up the good work.

(Except for the wanker who keeps killing me due to a near perfect aim! D: D: )

Next time I will try to do my very best to judge the situation more accurate. I apologize for the excessive use of force, it was that against you.

Some conversation-interacting could be nice yes, shame that we have up until now met each other during the course of a battle.

And as you saw, we four were split up. It was only me and the Gunship against SLICE, the others were fighting against Mercenaries and other Fighters and Bombers. Then all of a sudden you four arrive and immediatly started shooting at me, as far as I know the Gunship wasnt under fire until I died.

There -were- at least eight of you between Mojave and the gate.
I was the [LN] cruiser.
We shouldn't be expected to compensate for you splitting your forces, intentionally or not... First of all, how do we know if its intentional or not? Secondly, if we give one group a fair fight and win slowly, while our forces against the other group are getting massacred, we'll doubtless get complaints about how the [LN] were slow to respond to threats. We've got them before, usually ingame with people saying we're corrupt, which just makes me want to stick a crowbar in someone's skull when its said so off-handedly.

It's not our job to know how good or bad you are as a pilot...

I think Zeltak was mistaken, there was no [LN] LABC deployed there. The Mount Hood isnt properly fitted yet and the Plymouth Rock has barely been flown. It was the Integrity there, a seige cruiser.

On the flipside of the entire arguement however, I doubt you'll know that our [LN] group had to clear out three seperate emergencies at the -same- time. New York. Colorado. California. In that order. To be honest, when I heard that groups of pirates were doing the do in all three of those areas at the same time, I had no intention of logging in. Only the pretty loud shouting, as far as text in skype goes, made me drag my ass on to the Integrity in an attempt to lock down your California pirate group while the Colorado pirate group were getting mopped up.

If anything, I was the one who ordered each of them to cut to the chase and open fire. I couldn't see both groups as scanner range prohibited it, but the indies in the group I was hovering over were getting it handed to them pretty well.

Next time however, I'll call one of them over to help with a group, if such a situation happens again. I was under the impression that by the time the BC had fallen, it was about four fighters against two gunboats, which would've been far harder to kill had I called one of the fighters away.

Well if you guys ever want some civil interaction just shout over Skype or send me a PM.

I've chucked some ideas around in the past but they weren't exactly... doable, but I'm sure that we can figure something out.

[24/01/2010 23:38:35] Rhys: That was just fantastic.
[24/01/2010 23:38:49] Rhys: Two gunboat and three fighters against the Indiana and a Guardian.
[24/01/2010 23:43:09] Carl: ha ha,
[24/01/2010 23:43:43] Rhys: Why do we even try to fight fair when we get this in return?
[24/01/2010 23:43:47] Rhys: Erks me a little.
[24/01/2010 23:43:57] Joe (Jihad): happens Rhys

Just to make clear that its not only us who slip up from time to time.
(Indiana is a gunboat)
But remember, we're accountable, they're not...

I'm ging to ask the various people in this thread to do something. If they have a problem with [LN] behaviour, then please come to me and ask me about it first. The Liberty Navy seem to catch a lot of flak from various parties, and that may be because we are a lawful force in the most populated area of sirius. However if there is overkill, bad RP, or lacking RP from member of my faction, I'd like to know about it.

It's a lot easier to resolve issues over skype where a direct and simple responce to questions is more likely to happen.

I appreciate that in a chaotic and hectic environment such as liberty, mistakes and errors are likely to happen, however if you see something as crossing the line, then I wuld like to know about it. Most of you have my skype contact (I hope) and since the faction is something I take a lot of care and attention over, talking to me first is probably a wise course of action.

The [LN] does endeavor to bring good RP to the server, and fairplay to said good RP. Occasionally we find it somewhat tricky to counter this to the gtenerall agression and craziness that is liberty as a whole. If youfind issues or problems, then it's worth just slinging me a skype PM, or a forum PM first, as I may be able to answer your questions quickly.

It's best to deal with things personally with quick responses. You may find the issue you have disolves with a simple conversation.

if you find an issue that can't be resolved through interpersonal conversation, then it's probably best to address the matter ofrmally in a feedback thread. that is what this thread is for (in my opinion).

This thread is meant for people who know how to behave, rather than whining and complaining...

Overseeing thier own Metagame level to.... hipocrisy... that's the word.
