To whom it may concern,
This is Recruit Pilot Micheal Vega addressing anyone who has seen the Rogue Pilot "Freddy". Be advised, that even though this pilot is not incredibly dangerous by the naked eye... A strange energy emanates from his ship... "Freddy" pilots a civilian "Eagle" Very Heavy Fighter with moderately powerful weaponry: however, the armaments on his ship is not the key to his strength and ability to shoot down naval pilots. When I engaged "Freddy", I was instantly caught off guard by behavior that is best described as "jumping around"... At first, I thought there was problem with my weapon guidance systems or scanners, but visual verification from two other parties revealed this was not the case...
It would seem that "Freddy" has managed to inherit some rather impressive technology that allows him to deploy a decoy (as far away as 4.5k at times) or "jump around" incoming fire, thus enabling him to take single pot shots from a safe firing position. Two fighter/bomber crafts were lost this morning due to this "technological advantage"...
During the engagement, data transfer checks were performed that showed no loss of data to/from Freddy's ship: meaning that this was not a simple nav/guidance latency issue...
Key Points:
1 - Freddy is not inherently a threat, but is very verbal and, if permitted to activate this distortion technology, he has a very large advantage in a dog fight.
2 - If you must engage this target, backup and/or reliable witnesses are highly recommended.
3 - Nuclear mines prove to be quite effective if they are available for strategic deployment along a "jump" route on at a "jump" termination spot.
4 - Keep cool... His weapons don't do much damage and leave plenty of time for Bots/Bats to be put to use.
5 - When in doubt, do not engage unless action is required/necessary.

I would like to commend Sub-Lieutenant Virgil Redline for his heroic act in attacking and with some degree of help from myself, destroying the Rogue Gunboat vessle "Leon.Kinneas". Guncamshots as per the report submitted by Sub.Lt Redline earlier.
Not only did he show courage and spirit, he also made sure the gunboat captains attempts at fleeing the scene were in vain. He was also the first to be fired upon and called attention to that the gunboat was infact responding to our questions with firepower instead of words.

Report: Meeting Order vessels and destroying a Rheinland battleship.
Started out today in the hotseat of the Redwood City, moving from Virginia after the new armour was installed (Now a Mark 6) and we immediately received half a dozen distress calls from New York. We moved to the New York system, and came across not 1, nor 2, nor even 3, but 4 groups of pirates around New York. At the sight of the Redwood City, they ran instantly, and I let them go, as I had received a strange transmission from an Order ship:
After the Order incident, we received a distress call from Texas, where the Cap 8 Rheinland Battleship Rheinland Tiger had invaded. The San Francisco was launched, and I transferred to it, and then we proceeded to the Texas system.
Upon arrival, the enemy ship challenged us to a duel. The results:

Gretings Admirals today there was and a Combined atack on Planet Manhatan by Hackers, Liberty Rouges, Outcasts and some Freelancers.
On start of our Patrol we meet the Liberty Carier LNS-Michigun . Then i recived a Destress call from a Liberty Gb thet these Combined forces are engeging them. I emudietly whent to investigate and when i soa the pirates i Open fire on them but thay were fast for the Battleship Turrents. After some time we start losing some pilots. and on top of that 4-5 min later an a hacker battleship came. It was Baloning to the [HF] it was a Outcast Drednoght. My ship and a LABC opend fire on it whit our mortars we had a direct hit on the target. But all of the enemy pilots started shoting their guns at the Pacific and the Hacker battleship keept fireing on me intill the Pacific was to dameged to fight and had to witdraw from the battle. My crew tryid its best but we cont take down the Hacker Drenoght. Before we left i calld in the LNS-Michigun i hope that thay have luck in taking that thing down I am sorry but our black box was dameged doring the fight we dont have any Pictures or data. Now the LNS-Pacific is at the Nofok shipyard and bing repeird she will be the Pacific will be redy for duty tomorow at 1000 hours.
I am lost for words. The tragedy of today has left not only my superiors, but also hundreds of civilians on Manhattan and Newark in a state of outrage. I watched the entire scene unfold from my stealthed vehicle.
It began with a cocky Hacker Gunship by name of "Liberating Liberty" waiting nearby a tradelane. He claimed to be waiting for the Battlecruiser SLICE, as if he believed he could tackle it alone. Sure enough, SLICE came to his bait, which turned out to be a trap. Half a dozen well-known pirates came to his assistance, and they assaulted the LABC.
The captain of the SLICE, for an unknown reason, took the fight to Manhattan's orbit. It had to travel a long way, as the Hacker Gunship had made a deliberate point to spring a trap far off from the planet. The battlecruiser fought bravely against it's assailants, all fighter and bomber class, but the gunboats were being engaged by the gunship. SLICE just couldn't land a definite hit until the LNS-Pacific, a Dreadnought, came into the fray.
It scattered the pirate forces, until the captain foolishly took the bait of the Gunship, as it taunted and prodded it away from the battle. This left an opening for the Ven'Gyr, a RANSEUR, to enter the system and pulverize the Pacific. SLICE was swarmed and destroyed. At this time, the LNS-Michigan, a Carrier, arrived and was immediately set upon by the mob. It fled to Newark, where it exploded, sending debris into the station and planet. Luckily, the only part of the Pacific, the engine, landed in the ocean.
I raise several issues here. The first, and most important, is that border capital ships should NEVER be withdrawn to deal with fighter and gunboat threats. You send more fighters and bombers. Doing this allows major capital ships, like the Ven'Gyr, access to our core systems!
The second is that you should NEVER commence battle in planetary orbit or around a base! The casualty reports are mounting, lawsuits against us being waged, and civilians revolting! The still-burning power core of the Michigan crashed into a populated Manhattan city, spoiling the water, but also leveling a city block when it exploded.
My scanner was jam-packed with recon information that I had just returned with when I witnessed the event. I got no information on the cataclysm, but what I saw..
Message: Greetings Admirals and Commanders of the Liberty Navy, I know it's not customary for a lowly ensign such as myself to be reporting directly to the brass but I have made contact with a Outcast who wishes to negotiate asylum within Liberty, in exchange he is willing to offer any assistance he can give to the House of Liberty. I thought that such a offer should be reported directly to you. As a token of good will he came quietly and is currently being held in protective custody at Fort Bush. I assured him that he would be treated well and his offer taken to the highest authorities. I know that you have no reason to follow this request and if you choose another fate for him I will understand.

I am no admiral or a oficer that can aprove this but i will like to expres my opinion. I had many encauntes whit the outcast but all finish in bloodshead. I have reason to belive thet this outcst presents an opertunity for peceful relations whit the Fraction if thre are more like this outcast in the Outcast Comunity i belive that thay can talk to the Outcast High Command. If we have peace and good relation whit the outcast we will solve the Liberty Rouge . Hacker, and many criminal organizations that the Outcast have as Friends and whitaut fireing a single shot. Here is what i offer we send that outcast back to Omicron Alpha and he will pick up more outcast thinkink like him then thay talk to the Outcast High Command. If thay manage to convice the outcast for peace whit the Liberty i am convinst that it will solve some major problems for Liberty
