This is Arnold Wild on board a GNN armoured transport, today there was more bloodshed as Rheinland and Liberty Navy forces clashed in Hudson, By what we heard on the Communication, a Liberty Cruiser, whos Identity is being order silent by the Liberty government, tracked down a convoy of Trains that the LSF believed had stolen Liberty plans on board....












As the Last of the Trains where annilated the RNC-Breman, arrived on scene and Ordered the Cruiser to stand down, moments later the Cruiser opened fired on the Bremen...



After a Intense firefight the Cruisers Hull buckled and Collpsed destroying the ship and all the crew on board.

Fighting in Bering, Rheinland on top!

Six hours ago, we at the GNN station here on Hamburg intercepted several communications from a Rheinland fighter patrol in the bering system, indicating that they had Engaged several Liberty Navy patrols just outside the Freeport patrol zone, no word as of yet how bad the fighting has become, but the Valkyrie patrol reported that multiple Liberty ships had been destroyed, and where forced to disingage when the Liberty Dreadnaught Iowa Appeared at the Texas jumpgate, we will report back when our GNN transport arrives in Bering.

GNN: Peace in Sigma-13?

The people of New Berlin, as well as most of Rheinland where extactic today, as Chanceller Pryde announced a renagotiation of the 80-year contract with the GMG, with the increased levels of Corsair and Outcasts, GMG has approached the Rheinland government for Aid in patroling the border systems.

The GMG first approached the Kusari Government for help, but Due to the open war with Britonia, Kusari officals have decline any sort of millitary help in the Sigma systems.

" This is the first step, in ending the bloodshed started in the Eighty year war, hopefully with this contract we can resume good relations, and concentrate on the True threats to Rheinland " She stated at a press confrence earlyier today.

GNN: Dark times to come for liberty and Rheinland

On a darker note, several Liberty Naval ships open fired on a Republican Convoy bound for Planet Huston, eye witnessed say that the Large transports refused a scan ordered by the Naval vessels, President Jacoby had this statement.

President:We are going to protect our borders from whatever threat comes, I don't believe it was the fault of our pilots, but Republican Shipping that this had to happen, had they allowed a Scan of there vessels they wouldn't have gotten attacked.

Today, contracts where finalized between the GMG and the Rheinland Government on a joint protection program for both Rheinland Companys and the GMG and its associates. This comes after the the long standing hatred steming from the 80 year war, here the chanceller can be seen leaving her shuttle on Naha...



Though the ALG where not present to Sign the contract, they have issued a statement saying.." The hatred between the ALG and the GMG run far to deep, it will take many years to start opening up to each other ".

Many on New Berlin are cheering Chanceller pryde on her new political ideas twords the rest of sirrus, though many are holding there breath, and looking twords liberty.

GNN: WAR!

Just moments ago, several Rheinland Fighterwings and a pair of Battleships Engaged and destroyed the Battleship Lake Erie, there was a prolonged engagement around LPI Sugarland, where Rheinland Landed several commando teams, they where able to free the prisoners, who in turn stole small Civilian craft and departed for bases throughout Sirrus.

The Battleship Mississippi, took multiple torpedo hits but is still functinoal, no rescue attept was made, due to the Wreckage from the Liberty ships was draged into a near by Gas giant.

President jacoby has Ordered the LSF to increase security in Texas, and has Ordered the Navy to triple its patrols near its Border jumpgates.

GNN News Update

Hello, everyone. I'm reporting live from just outside the Parliamentary building here on New London. A few hours ago, Parliament was called into session to be informed of something that directly affected Bretonnia as well as the coliation of systems now known as the Sirus Federation. We are currently not privy to the information, but they have just been released to return to their homes. Wait.. I see one of the generals. Lets see if we can get a statement out of him..

Sir! Can we get an official statement from you regarding this impromptu session of Parliament?

All i can tell you right now is that there has been absolutely no commumicaiton from Liberty since the attack from Rheinland. While we understand Rheinland's position and the fact they were forced to retaliate, what bothers us the most is the fact that there has been absolutely no communication, none whatsoever from any branch of government in Liberty. Not even the military is responding, not even the President. We fear a coup has been staged and it's possible it has become successful. That's all I can say for now.'

There you have it, ladies and gentlemen. A possible coup may have been staged in liberty, and it appears it may have been successful, considering there has been a total communications blackout from liberty. I see a member of the 8492nd Tactical squadron.. Let me see if I can get a statement from him too... Sir, can you comment?

All I can tell you now is that things are brewing out of control in Liberty. We've been so busy trying to find the Phantoms, and these.. Death Knights that we've managed to overlook a few problems that were brewing. I can tell you this much tho... we are going to do a full investigation. 8492nd is comprised of members from all four major houses, including Liberty. We'll know the story if a 8492nd member is attacked in liberty. Until then, Liberty has been declared off-limits to all civilians until this situation is resolved. This comes from the Prime Minister, not us. Thank you.

Okay.. I think that says it all. Liberty is off limits by order of the Prime Minister and the 8492nd Tactical.. I've just been given a note. They are no longer a Tactical Squadron. By request of both Rheinland's Chancellor and the Prime Minister of Bretonnia, they have changed their name to the 8492nd Counter Terrorism Unit.

Again, Liberty is now off limits to all civilians. More news as this develops...
