Can Gallic Corps use Sirrian ships?

The Heavy Tanker is on Alesia...

Im confused. I mean the Sirrian Civvy cargo ships, the ones that have no affilliation. The 'Train' Line (Normal Train, Large Train, Adv. Train) and the Transport line (Normal Transport, Large Transport)

They are all Civ's. Some are sold in Gallia so yes they can use them.

It doesnt work this way for Gallic Civillian guns, because they're not sold anywhere in sirius? I hope so, dont want to see those shield bustars on everyone and their moms ship...

Can Factions/ID's who can use Gallic civilians equipment and have restrictions cant use outside Gallia (I'm talking about Sirian ID's now) can use them freely now??
