Im not an Admin nor was attepmting to pose as one... so I think that i was wrongfully sanctioned for this...

I was the one who filed the report. You were not docking, you were in the field. In addition, you and Russel began shooting us after we jumped out of Kansas, so we shot back.
You were not attempting to pose as an admin but you are also not allowed to threaten sanctions on players.
Wrong I was in fact docking because I had the words DOCKING at the bottom of my screen so dont give me any of that.
Plus you might want to check agian... you fired at me

I was at freeport 4 when you 2 shot me down.. after you both dock killed me I typed that quote and then left the system

You shot us, attempted to run, got CD'd, shot us, attempted to run again. The actual kill message took place about 5k from the freeport. To my knowledge the "dock killing" rule only applies to one a person has actually entered the docking animation and is unable to cancel it and retaliate.
In addition, Narayan showed up in Magellan and helped me. Narayan never fled and therefor couldn't have "reengaged you after fleeing" anyway.
Until I see of your proof, I stand by what I saw..
Second, Narayan didnt shoot me down... You did.... This is between you and me... This intial engagement did not include that fighter, so that is why I did not say anything about it. Plus that one didnt even RP its fight so maybe we should go down that path as well...
Plus you should not have engaged me in magellan because you fled the first time...
But in the end, I will leave this up to the decisions of the admins.... If the sanctions stays I will respect theyre descisions..

No matter what proof I give you'll find a way to bend and twist it and continue a rather mindless argument. As you said, the ultimate decision is up to the admins so let's not beat a dead horse here.
Edit: Dock killing rule only applies to undocking.
Im not going to twist your proof, It just that your proof is not consistent with what the issue is. I also think that dock killing refer's to both ways... docking and undocking.
