You need to find your ship in the subdirectories of Freelancer\Data\Ships\. Look for the CMP files.
If you have trouble finding it, another tool can help you: FlStat, in combination with shiparch.ini.

It's hard to find FlStat download, though. There's another tool with that name, that produces score boards.

It only works in the ship dealer section of specific stations. Most of these stations have the word 'shipyard' at the end.
