really nice variation on plain old Ageria lanes, and the blocky shape fits well with the theme of their shipline.

so if we have horizontal lanes, does this mean vertical docking rings?:P

maybe, havent really decided what orientation/design i want to use for the docking rings. i may not change them for now, maybe later once i get the higher priority work done first, depends really.

Igiss wanted me to make both horizontal and vertical variants, hence the reason for the two of them. otherwise my original proposal was just horizontal lanes.

Super sexy, as always it is starting to seem like.

Although... I don't know. it seems a little strange to me that the more advance Sirian rings need four components per direction while the less advanced gallian ones only need two. Granted, it is much bulkier, which is good, but still, I wonder how it would look if there was one more section in each of the "arms" of the gallian lanes so they extended farther around the diameter of the entrance, so it looks like the emitters, or whatever, have to be more bulky and complex as well.

Just a thought. Overall it's still awesome.

The Horizontal one looks a good deal better, imo. I thought the gallic jumpgate was kind of iffy and bland, but the lane is perfect. I honestly can't find anything wrong with it.

The horizontal Lane looks much better that the vertical Lane. Doesn't matter if the gallic Trade Lane really has a Disadvantage. Sirius is just jealous.
