5.2 All attacks must be the result of some form of role play. "Engaging" is not sufficient. An attack is any hostile action that drains shields to less than 50%. Being hit with a CD is not considered an attack. If a player is attacked he has a right to defend himself regardless of who is attacking.

Consequences:
You can't just shoot people without roleplaying. Fined all guns and credits. Jailed until you post here with an explanation. Notifications in hold.

He was killed without roleplay. This is a roleplaying server. You have to roleplay. Otherwise, no Liberty Assault Battlecruiser in outer space for you here.

4.2 Factions and Guard IDd players are free to tax, fine, pirate, and destroy any players who enter their respective guard systems.

This is one of the rules..... i can kill player if he enter the Guard system

But my attack is result of some form roleplay, i protect system from Outcast pilot.

While is Liberty enemy with Outcast and all NPCs are attacks on Outcast, when i must say "You are illegal there" or "You are enemy with Liberty, please leave this system" ?? He must know, that Alaska is Liberty system and can here be Liberty players. He chose his faction with all this hazards. If i was in Rheiland, Rheiland players be dont task me "why are you there" or "you are illegal there", but they are easy shoot down me. And i dont report it, because this is role-playing. Rheiland is enemy zone and i must take due note of it with all hazards.

Sadly, you still cannot just fly up and shoot someone down without a word. Verbal roleplay is the the crux
of the matter here. In this case, silence is not golden ...
