I see so you are going to break yet another rule and start shooting us as a KOS order which means without RP. Ok break yet more rules.
You broke the rules as defined. Your little OOC again, is not sufficient for this. You weren't given any permission to remain, and yet you sat there for ten minutes taunting and telling us in both RP and OOC that we couldn't be there.
You broke the rules, accept that and move on.
Also, don't threaten me sanctions, that is another rule you are breaking.
I am not going to give you a trial by forum. I am not going to give you any more attention on this matter.
Excuse me while I summon a Mod to put a stop to you.
I don't clearly understand what happened but from what I see, 3 QCP engaged your miner.
[they are allowed to do so without notice, pirates do need to give the notice prior to destruction of the vessel, because they are pirating. So as far as they are concerned, they can demand your goods when you're down to half hull]
So you decided to dock and take another ship out and what? participate? The only lines // you should have done were [//i am the miner, can I leave please?] and they would let you go.
I do not understand this "pirating 10m from Java". Where are Java's defences? Did they really stood at Java waiting for miners, or did they hang around few clicks from Java, catching transports and then following them as they run towards safety of the station?
I do not understand why do you threaten with sanctions here where everyone can read it. It is an invitation for someone to be an ass and report you instead of explaining the rules to you.
i never talked to you over a private channel, the QCP stood at java, and stopt another img miner, they never followed it to java, or moved away from java, till =cr= backup came
i have made up a nice little chart for those that frequent Java with their miners
the outer ring is 14k from java, distance ships show up on scanners
red ring is 10k, when they actually become identifiable
if i see a player when i'm around there i'm gona go investigate and try RP, even if they end up being next to java, big area of space to avoid there.
Edit: dont worry, you have at least 15 minutes warning of my QCP coming as i pinball around 23 in a ship as big as the sun
This is the third Feedback thread that goes down the drain!
It is embarrassing that a lot of people around here can not stay civil! Good lord what are you thinking?
Are you even thinking?
By now you already know that I am really really upset by the childish behaviour, which is the standard recently.
A notice on how to use the <strike>forum</strike> Feedback topics:
Please stay civil in the feedback topics!
Try to point out the GOOD and the BAD things in a calm and friendly manner.
If you need to discuss the case so it can get solved, do it in a ......... manner (Your turn to fill in the missing word here. A little hint. It starts with a C)
The most important point: Let the faction leaders deal with the complaints.
They will contact you if needed or ask you to post! Everything else tends to turn into a "no u" flamewar.
The feedback topics are here to solve problems, not to create them.
This gets a temporary close. (As requested from the QCP headquarters)
You can contact me or any other mod if you are ready to continue in a behaved way.

A little Edit if people read thorugh the last pages:
Discovery Server Rules Wrote:5.2 All attacks must be the result of some form of role play. "Engaging" is not sufficient. An attack is any hostile action that drains shields to less than 50%. Being hit with a CD is not considered an attack. If a player is attacked he has a right to defend himself regardless of who is attacking.
An engagement notice MUST NOT be given at all!
Please stop spreading this rumor. A lot of people told me already "but on the forums everyone says I must give a notice".
