It's a great idea to have your code selling ship to be a destroyer. Except for the minor detail that you can't have a destroyer with that ID.

Right now you're just lucky we didn't empty your cargo hold for the sanction notice, and instead have merely fined you ... a lot of money from one of your other ships. And of course, you're in jail until you post here with a reasonable explanation on why we should let you OUT of jail to resume your trade.

I'm working on getting the full Guard REP each day "when" i can.. (not much left)

The reason its hard for me to get it is because each time i try to do missions alone i get 2-3 people trying to steal my codes and rob me, so i have to use escorts or people that can help me take missions to complete the full REP.

This is the reason it is a major problem for me getting the full guard REP quickly, at the same time there is hardly any BAF's on the server anymore to help me complete it either... so i have to keep asking people in NL when i have the chance to help witch im working on when ever i can.

(But seriously i don't think i have to worry about the pirates in the game because you are doing me way more harm, each day of the week i have to put up with being constantly hunted by the admins getting fined left and right and sometimes fined on totally wrong terms.)

Removing all my credits again is so wrong in this case, on top of that the admins removed 50 million falsely on the last 250 million sanction i got as well blaming the extra 50 mill fine on a 2-3 mounth old post that had nothing to do with the incident on the day i was sanctioned.

I just ignored it because the admin in question refused to answer me when i confronted him on the issue knowing that he had done a mistake and it was only 50 million but those credits was not re-funded to me and i belive that was you as well if im not wrong?

You took 4-500 mill from me the last weeks and this is starting to become a strain on my economics and hard work i have put in to build up my fundings.

Are you hunting me personally for some reason ?, trying to punish me as much you can or what !?, what is really going on around here..

If this is not the case i would like to see who reported me for this ID fault , i want the name and see the sanction report that was made against me in this incident.

(one thing you need to start doing when you sanction me and other people is to put a notification in my hold so we can understand whats going on, i always have to run to the forums searching endless post to find the reason im missing guns or money here and there)

And I can't see a BAF selling Prototype Weaponary to anyone and everyone as being a solid RP background.

I reported you because this isn't the first time I've seen you with the wrong ID.

Which does not give you any more right to have that ship than someone with no rep. The whole point is that you get the rep first, get the ID next, and THEN get the ship. In that order. PERIOD.

Then perhaps you should have done things correctly in the first place.

The last sanction of yours - which again came from the Admin Team, it's just that I get the privelege (?) of making the posts - is a well documented 3.4 - where you're trying to tell someone else the rules. Like you're trying to do here.

I'll be GLAD to put a sanction note in your hold. Realize that sanction notes are very ... large ... and they don't like ANYTHING else in your hold with them. But hey, if you want me to go ahead and simple remove all your codes, I'll be happy to put a sanction notice or two in your hold in their place. Think VERY carefully how you respond to this - because the usual procedure IS that we strip your cargo hold for the sanction notice.

And by the way, from our perspective, this isn't a reasonable explanation or reason to let you out of Bastille.

On to the concerning issue , i was just given a pm from another person telling me that he can help me get the full guard rep done , even if im not let out from bastile he can do the missions for me while im there, so this situation is going to be fixed pretty easy without any problems.

There was no need for taking all my money over this situation, a simple warning would have been sufficient to solve this... you have taken to much from me as it is on previous sanctions as it is.

I think you're missing the point here.

Why are you above the rules that everyone else has to follow?

So once again, that is not a reasonable explanation or reason for us to let you out of Bastille. All you're doing now is attempting to circumvent the whole process that is in place, and that thousands of other players have followed and that we enforce.

I'm heading for bed now since it's midnight, and quite frankly I spent almost 5 full hours working with the guys on processing the 25 sanction reports that were filed today and I'm tired. While I'm sleeping, perhaps you can come up with something that you think will be acceptable to us.

Well i was not specificly pointing to ward this sancion alone , this is an issue that is concerning all the latest sanction i have received, it was never placed on in my hold on any of the situations.

(you could have simply put the sanction notice on the ship you took all the money from)

I dont understand why you are making this in to something personal , like a flame war or what not agaist me , threatening me that you might put a sanction notice in my hold so ill loose all my codes and so on...

This is so immature and i have never done anything agist you to provoke this hostility towards me and this kinda replies back agaist me.

There is no reason to be rude, it was a simple comment about the sanction notices i diden't get the last 3 sanctions , nothing more nothing less.

Yes i am missing the point , the point im missing is why this such a huge deal or matter to you?

You know i will eventually get there and have the full rep up and running i even have a person pm'ing me at this moment to come on to the server so we can get the rep fixed.

As well i was offering a solution to the problem right away and this could have been fixed pretty quick and right now, as i said i had a helper willing to do the missions for me so we could have had this out of the world already...

The rules are the point, why on earth are you still labouring under the impression they only apply to everyone else ? That is the 'big deal' ...
You get the reputation and the ID before purchasing a ship which is in need of them to fly it. That has been
made abundantly clear on many previous occasions. Your explanation is unreasonable.

Since I haven't seen anything constructive from you, I thought I'd check something.

0.06 BAF Guard rep....

Not 0.6, but 0.06...

You're friendlier with the Junker Guard than you are with the group that would give you the ID to have that ship. You're hostile to the LN even - which being a Bretonian lawful is pretty tough to do.

I'll make this really simple for you. I'm willing to ninja your rep and give you the BAF Guard ID, and you can keep the ship, and I'll release you from Bastille. Only one catch - your hold will be stripped.

Or ... I'll come with with an appropriate ship that you can have based upon your rep and ID, and that will be your new ship. And that will be changed out, by us, before you leave Bastille.

Third choice, of course, is that you continue with this ridiculous farce that you are above the rules, and your ship and its contents will sit in Bastille until the station collapses around your ears.
