Dear brothers,

I am proud to announce, that our new battleship Altaneria has just leaved the docks and is prepared to enter service. It will be mostly commanded by brother Montoya, and sometimes by me. If you are interested, the money for it's construction came from a certain drunk IND trader I met on Corfu. I pity him a bit, because he's going to have a lot of troubles now, but well, aren't those traders big friends of Ghosts of Razgriz, and help them trade their bloody Cardamine all over Sirius? So he gets what he deserves anyway.

There will be no ceremony, we are no clawns, so we don't need one.

Those Outcast fools think they are so smart...heh. Let them come to try and destroy it. There will be a new field of debris around the Omicron Theta jump hole. The Ampoliros and her escort floating feebly around the anomaly, with stories passing from generation to generation about the superiority of the Corsairs over the Outcasts.

As such, the battleship Altanaria should only be used for incursions to Bretonian space and defence. This is my tactical opinion on the matter. It wouldnt do us too well if we simply delivered the Altanaria to their doorstep by attacking them. If they want to enter combat with this battleship, we make them do so on our terms. If attacked by a large fleet of Outcasts, retreat to Omicron 74 and stay close to the base. It is an excellent weapons platform, more than a match for any large ships.

But alas, I am resigned to the place of tactical advisor for now. It seems that some issues with the ailing Artifact and food production here on the sandy soils of Crete need my urgent attention. The farms that get me my usual supply of money seem to be in dire need of an expansion. I will be free at the weekend when everything gets sorted out.

Dont ever let the battleship fall to the Outcasts. If we do, we will never hear the end of it!

Addition: Alexander, want to "secure" me one of those cyber boxes, my attention will undoubtedly wonder while I manage my income. I wish these overseers would do what I pay them to do. Nevermind about them, they lost their job last week. I just think I will need some other activity to take my attention off the endless hours lost in management.
