He walked into the bar, every movement deliberate.

His eyes continually scanned, checking all directions for threats.

The barkeep looked up in surprise. Things here had been rather slow since the merger of the S/D with the Core. Most of his old regulars were still alive, according to the rumors he'd heard - they just were out in places far from civilization like the Omegas and the Omicrons. This boy looked like he could become a regular. In fact, he looked pretty darned familiar, too.

"Howdy, son, my name is Sniffer and this here establishment is for bounty ..." his voice trailed off.

A smile appeared on the strangers face. "I think I qualify, considering that on the wall of your fine establishment happens to be a poster from my holo-vid show."

Sniffer reached down behind the bar and got a bottle of the good stuff for Colt Severs to enjoy.

*Doors open and admit in Cletus Behn in a stylish stetson.*

"It's 'bout time we get paid for taking out those junkers. Finally some of them were stupid enough to step over the line with Kusari. Not that there is any love lost with those Kusarians. But money does not have a race or color, eh?"

*Cletus takes his drink and downs it in one swift motion*

"Sniffer" Martinez placed the drink before Behn and turned and spat into the spitoon.

"These Junkers. They shady types for real. I remember one time..."

As Martinez launched into one of his overlong, hyperbolic and filthy reminiscences of his hunting days, the jukebox started playing.
