This is Lance, reporting in! I realized I haven't made a report in a while and my Axel has been taking all the glory but Today I encountered a ship in the trade lane, I asked him to stop when he reached new Berlin so he could get a Scan.
Unfortunately for him, he refused, and seamed too cock and full of himself! I issued the fine as I was supposed to, because he disobeyed a direct order from the Rheinland Military Forces.

Had a run in with an Outcast today.
Targets comms showed as Grinch, pilot was flying a Red Hessian Cruiser.
After engaging in coversation the pilot responded with that he was destroying Transports through out New Berlin.
I went after the pilot and found him at Dortmund station where I engaged and almost destroyed the pilot until he ran for a save haven at Kreuzberg Depot.
All for now, back to patrols.

Greetings my fellow pilots.
New Berlin has been busy today,
Dolph_Lundgren was caught carrying Cardimine in to New Berlin, target was forced to drop the cargo. He responded to the order and the Cardimine was destroyed. Next time he is caught it will result in a 2 million fine.
Next we have Bruce Willis. Target is now under a 2 million fine for not responding to Rheinland order twice. Target is also a suspected pirate/terrorist and he sent this through open comms.
"Working on more then a fine, but thats for another day"
Next we have Kevin_Ferdiline who was caught transporting empty in to New Berlin twice... Target was in affliation with Dolph_Lundgren. So he is a suspected smuggler.

I have completed a patrol today and we chased the Unioner known as Vlad out of the system. Unfortunately, a police member was caught in the way of my cannons and this incident of Friendly fire cause the Unioner to leave.
The Scythe and Wraith came in to New Berlin today and were engaged by The Vineta and Jack Archer.
The Scythe was almost destroyed until electrical interference came in. (Lost Connection)
The Wraith continued on to fight and destroyed one of our ships piloted by Dog Solider. Then Jack Archer was forced to retreat dew to losing power. (RL stuff came up) The Wraith retreated later after that.
Next was a run in with Rutger_Hauer, he refused to pay his fine and is now KoS.
He was also under escort by George Clooney. Who was caught killing Rheinland pilots with a Red Hessian identification. Pilot is now KoS.
Dolph Lundgren, a known smuggler, was also under protection of George Clooney. Though this smuggler has payed his fine, but he is now on extensive watch.
Next we had a Helghast come in to New Berlin attacking Rheinland pilots and was engaged by The Vineta. The pilots ship was then later destroyed.
Good news my escape pod was picked up almost immediately and once I get my new fighter bombed up with bots and bats I'll be right up back in there....need to practise some moves though and get my weapon balance sorted. Any advice is most welcome.
