If the TAZ could see to shipping 50,000 units of Wildlife to the planet to help bringing a bio-diversity to the world that would go a long way to solving one of our biggest problems with this project.
There would, of course, be a bonus system in place.

As past events have shown, the LWB both could be closer to our SCRA counterparts as well as the fact that there are many supplies we may be able to exchange to help each other. I wonder if it would be possible to acquire passports for many of our other supply transports at once?

I am Grand Master Cagliostro of the LVX Lodge, currently guests and associates of the Maquis on Grenoble Base. I hope this reaches you, sir, as communications from Gallia to Sirius are rather garbled..
I will get to the point, M'sieur. While the Maquis are currently reluctant to trade or venture beyond your Tau Regions of the Sirius Sector, we assume that this will one day change.
We have also heard rumors that your Army has been seeking friends and alliances among the "Partisans" of Gallia; with rather limited success.
For these reasons, I would like to suggest a meeting, both on matters of trade, and of mutual military benefit. We have heard from Zoner traders in Gallia that you maintain a Diplomatic Office in the Erisian system of Baffin. Perhaps this "neutral ground" could provide a venue for such a meeting, M'sieur Premier.

Being part of The Order's recon and intel divisions, I am tasked with gaining data on all relevant threats to humanity - something I've taken rather personally, often beating myself up over trying to keep ahead of threats. At any rate, Das Wilde are the latest development on our threat list.
Currently, I'm stationing myself out of Cadiz Base in Omega-5. While the Corsairs are allowing my passage and usage of the facility for means of resupply, repair, and rest, they also desire intelligence that I collect, with this potential threat being so close to their established foothold. I have no problem with this, but the Corsairs and the Hessians are also constantly fighting in that sector. While I've never shown any aggression to the Hessians, most of their recruits deem me another fool in the way of their war, and I'm just as much a target as the next 'Sair. I would prefer not to come between that firefight, which brings me to your humble sector. Based on my calculations and the projections from my Spatial's - and now Ahoudari's - scanners, I believe you all might have a hole somewhere in Omega-52 that would lead quite close to Omega 55. I would seek to make use of some landing pad on occasion, in order to refit, refuel, and possibly rest if you'd allow it.
Other than that, I personally desire to continue to improve The Order's relationship with The Coalition, if you all would see that as a reasonable objective. To accomplish this, I'd be more than honored to have one or two of your pilots along with me on these forays into Wilde territory. Gathering readings and camera evidence on their behavior and group activity is rather difficult when one is trying to dodge a fusillade of bullets - but I am sure you all are already well aware of that. This would be the extent of my request for a Visa and purpose of my visiting your humble home.
References from Coalition officials: None at this time, though I have spoken with SCRA|Daemon.Steele and a SCRA gunboat operative, which was apparently an A.I. I've not got its designating code on hand, but I'll look back through my personal logbook and make the appropriate changes to my transmission when I have the chance and the data in hand.

Update: I've found the logs, and it was SCRA|CPAI-Viatechslav. That AI is marvelously programmed, if I might say, its Common verbiage is rather verbose!

Permission is granted for Fighter and Bomber craft to enter Omega-52. Billeting will be on Zhukovsky station, however I must insist that Mykolaiv and Zvedsney Gorodok be off limits at this time. There are sensitive operations at work at these sites.
We ask that all TCG ships observe the laws of Coalition Space, respect the Commissariat's officers, and that you enjoy all the benefits that a strong and lasting alliance with the Coalition has to offer, such as AKDOV VODKA.
Be so advised that it is against Coalition law for outside Capital ships to be inside the system, our guard pilots are... a little slow on the uptake and may start firing on them... too much Vodka and drops on the head I fear... So be warned if you decide to upgrade vessels, it could get messy.
