Akurawr, everything ABOVE the Ellesmere JH is Order, bellow is LN, considering we have Atum there (some Navy agreed with me in Alaska, saved some us from Unneeded PVP).

Whoever those Navy are, they do not represent the current standing of the LSF/LN leadership as far as I know. Alaska is belonging to Liberty... All of it. Now, the Order is contesting the territory by operating illegally in it.

I wasn't threatening to gank them. I was making hypothetical scenarios... As for improvements, some of their members have made some significant improvements indeed. However, when I read what its leadership is thinking on the matter of ganking and fight balancing, I'm led to believe there is a major issue at hand.

As for this Order capture thing... I was not there, nor was I aware of it at all. It didn't make much "waves" in the Lib HC chat since you're the first to tell me about it.

What your RP dictate is irrelevant. I am on the topic of fairplay, not roleplay.

Otherwise I could change the RP of the LSF and LN to see the Order as the bigger treat ever. Forcing them to send enormous amount of resources to obliterate any ship of any size at any time. Is this what you really want for your folks? Us to send our all we have, forcing them to dock on Atum each time they see us? Forcing them into fights were they are outnumbered and have no chances to win?

or in an other situation, LSF RP would dictates us to send over 9000 ships to take care of any nomad threat because they are a plague to humanity. I'm sure our fellow keepers wouldn't enjoy us anymore.

We have not been to Alaska in hmmm nearly a month now. But if and when we do return,

If this is your attitude about role play then I am against your group in becoming official.
This does not send a positive message to the community about the TCG.
As the leader of this group the ganking should be unacceptable however it seems that your group will do as the leader does. No leader should ever approve ganking. You sir find it to be acceptable. As your above quote.

I think a bit much. The leadership should restrict the amount of Osirises to a certain percentage per the amount of members in your group. The scary part is you have almost as much as the primary Fleet. This thus far is the only complaint or concern I have.

Also I have received complains about your group and I tell the persom whom was complaining (in private chat) to inform the Order|.

First of all thank you. Yes we did improve, and we are going to improve more. Most people who have complained about us pointed our mistakes from the past. By pointing that mistakes to us we learned from them, so they won`t be repeated.

I saw no one had anything to say bad about us lately but only in the past. I am glad for that because I know we are doing it right then heh.

For the mather of ganking, I was in one situation you could call gank, but I should clarify it.
Joker come to Minor with his nicely armed tridente. There were 4 of us, 2 bombers and 2 fighters. usually this would be called a gank but... I know how good Joker is in his tridente ( I know this because I was playing by his side aka "Happy", and I learned much from him about PvP fights) so I knew that wouldn`t be a gank for him. And yes in the end, he killed us all.

Waratah doesn`t support gank and such, he only pointed out if we are attacked by larger number, we will fight back the same. And situations if you gank us, don`t expect fair play from us after that. Like I stated before fair play requires two fair players, not one.

Anyway..thank you for you feedback. You can support us or be against us, in any case we will improve. We made a feedback thread to see what can we change if we are doing it wrong, and so far I am glad our mistakes are only from the past.

This one I don't like so much. You're right, fair play requires two people. However, realize that just as you see getting ganked as encouragement to gank back and "let them know how it feels", they might too... which leads to a vicious cycle likely to ruin plenty of PvPs that could have been great fun. Just as you'd hope that others would stop ganking you first and then ask you to stop ganking them, realize that they probably think the same. I'd ask that you lead by example, and take the first step.

This above statement I find hard to believe. The reason from personal experience.
As you have seen from Jeremy Hunter he was attacked by three Makos "Imitator" (being the Waratah)
while being in a lone fighter. This happened not once but twice by him. I was the object of the second attack and the attack was with out any notice. I was also flying a fighter. After that attack it left me a bitter taste in my mouth.

If you wish for this faction to become official look at some of the others that have made it lately
IE the Vagrant Raiders.

It takes a lot of time and RP.
