Well...Ive been on the tau server almost 10 hours....Ive seen 4 or 5 (FL) for the GRN....
Where's the one for Kusari?
I have yet to see one....Due to this..I have been acting commander for the Kusari forces for a majority of it...
I hope that this changes soon...Or I might have to put (FL) on one of my ships to show that Kusari has support....

No one was ever chosen. My name somehow appeared in the opening post of the event, without me ever being asked, informed or even wanting to do it.
Neither was I contacted at any point after my name was written there or after the event had started.
I don't have any information that [KNF] leadership was ever contacted.
:nono:
I was fighting on both sides for some 7 hours yesterday having fun and making observations for 4.86 balancing, neither at any point then was I contacted and given any admin rights.
Igiss says: Martin, you give them a finger, they bite off your arm.
No, don't do that. You'll get slapped by Agmen. Just keep doing what you're doing.
And any [KNF] that show up should be coordinating and organizing things, and taking command when necessary. Official faction leading indies and all that.
edit: ahh, mjolnir speaks. So there is no (FL) for Kusari then? I will speak with the Council.
re-edit: actually, event is almost over anyways...
Kaz was the commander of Kusari for couple hours, I tried to shout in the group chat with TARGET THIS ,TARGET THAT, TAKE MORE FIGHTERS. It worked quite well actually. Kusari Dessie squadron backed up by bombers, fighters and few Battleships puched back the enemy to Orkley.

Whoever was pretending to be commander when I was online wasn't doing an amazing job. Consistently telling people to fall back and regroup isn't going to be any fun. Flying into a battle, getting annihilated first, then trying to command from two systems away... Not the best strategy either.
So I started my own little group with some buddies and went out killing on our own. We did quite well.
Ilo Takato needs some practice... Also needs to fly a smaller ship, dock closer, and/or keep at range better to prevent from dying too fast so you can actually be helpful when you jump to Orkney. Orders can be more important than actually firing on someone.
Also: If you have 3 battleships on the other side of a jump gate, don't jump one battleship, fight until it dies, then jump another. Jump both as close together as possible and open fire simultaneously. Otherwise you just waste two perfectly good battleships. Watched this happen in my destroyer...
Let's see, what else...
Be a bit more forceful when giving orders so people actually see them (CAPSLOCK is actually useful sometimes). And call targets in big letters to let everyone know who to shoot at. "Fighters on the bombers and fighters! Bombers and capitals, target PlayerX!" Specifics.
Oh yeah. GRN side was even worse when I was online, so I don't mean to insult.
